彝族刺绣据考证可以追溯到三国以前，与原始绘画、记事符号、服饰有着密不可分的关系。彝族克智中记载，濮莫尼衣发明了纺线织布，金觉乌基发明了剪裁缝补，彝族刺绣应该是顺着剪裁缝补的产生而产生的，距今最少有1700多年的历史。

According to research, Yi embroidery can be traced back to before the Three Kingdoms period and has an inseparable relationship with primitive painting, historical symbols, and clothing. 历史
相传彝族（撒尼）刺绣起源于唐宋时期，明清两代趋于成熟。彝族（撒尼）刺绣也叫“撒尼十字绣”，是流行于云南省石林彝族自治县彝族支系撒尼人聚居区的一种民间刺绣艺术。
It is said that Yi ethnic group (Sani) embroidery originated in the Tang and Song dynasties and matured in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Yi ethnic group (Sani) embroidery, also known as "Sani cross embroidery", is a folk embroidery art popular in the Sani people's settlement area of the Yi branch in Shilin Yi Autonomous County, Yunnan Province.

2021年5月24日，彝族刺绣（凉山彝族刺绣）经中华人民共和国国务院批准列入第五批国家级非物质文化遗产名录，遗产编号为Ⅶ-130。
On May 24, 2021, Yi embroidery (Liangshan Yi embroidery) was approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China and included in the fifth batch of the national intangible cultural heritage list, with the heritage number VII-130.

制作工艺
彝族刺绣的布料，一般用木棉质和麻质的平织布，以及其他混纺平织布。绣线采用棉线、膨体纱彩线、丝光绣线和金线等。 布料经裁剪、提针绣花、熨烫等各种动作后，便成为了一件精美的彝绣作品。
The fabrics used for Yi embroidery are generally flat woven fabrics made of kapok and linen and other blended flat fabrics. The embroidery thread adopts cotton thread, expanded yarn-coloured thread, silk embroidery thread, gold thread, etc. After various actions such as cutting, needle embroidery, ironing, etc., the fabric becomes a beautiful Yi embroidery work.

一、准备工具和材料：绣布、绣线、绣绷、剪刀和画笔。
二、设计图案。
三、绷绣布：使用绣绷将绣布绷紧，确保刺绣过程中绣布不会移动或变形。
四、选择针法：彝族刺绣主要有平针绣、打籽绣、青花绣、栽花绣、扣针绣等10余种针法。根据图案和设计要求选择合适的针法。
五、拼接与装饰：将绣好的图案拼接在衣服、帽子、围裙等服饰或物品上。

Choose the appropriate stitching method based on the pattern and design requirements.
5、 Splicing and Decoration: Stitching embroidered patterns onto clothing, hats, aprons, or other items.
