那怎么提高英文输出能力？记单词？精读外刊总结表达？
有同学总结了很多，但是用上的少之又少，今天Jacky和大家推荐一个好方法——表达灵活度训练。
什么是表达灵活度训练？
通过多种方式表达同一观点、灵活运用词汇和句式，以及在不同语境中适应表达方式。这种训练旨在提高口译者的表达水平，使其能够在不同场合和主题下更富有表现力地传达信息。
找一个写的不错的句子，然后开始替换词，搭配或者句式去重写。
句子："Technology has greatly impacted our daily lives."
训练步骤：
同义词替换：尝试用不同的同义词替换原句中的关键词。
"Technology has profoundly influenced our daily lives."
"Our daily lives have been significantly affected by technology."
句式变换：改变句子结构，使用不同的句式表达相同的意思。
"The impact of technology on our daily lives is profound."
"Our daily lives, influenced by technology, have undergone significant changes."
"Technology has revolutionized the way we live every single day."
"Our daily lives have been transformed by the advancements in technology."
和大家准备了一个更长的句子来试试，大家根据限下面这个句子做表达灵活度训练吧。如果是口译训练，尽量开口输出，笔译写作的话可以打字或者笔头输出。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, concerns about job displacement have become more pronounced. People are worried that AI will replace human workers in various industries, leading to unemployment and economic instability."
同义词替换：用不同的同义词替换原文中的关键词。
句式变换：改变句子结构，使用不同的句式表达相同的意思。
