西安地铁5号线一期东段将于国庆节前开通运营。9月19日，西安市轨道集团开展2024年第三季度“地铁开放日”活动，邀请5号线一期东段沿线部分居民探访即将开通的地铁站点，即月登阁站与雁鸣湖站。
The eastern section of Xi'an Metro Line 5 Phase 1 will be put into operation before the National Day holiday. On September 19, Xi'an Metro held the "Metro Open Day" event, inviting some residents along the eastern section of Metro Line 5 Phase 1 to visit the soon-to-open metro stations, namely the Yuedengge (Yuedeng Pavilion) Station and Yanminghu (Yanming Lake) Station.

“月登阁”在唐武年间是登高观灯赏月之地，月登阁站站徽设计汲取唐代楼阁建筑的结构造型，呈现出观灯赏月的意境。
Yuedeng Pavilion was a popular site during the Tang Dynasty for enjoying the moon and lanterns. Therefore, the design of the Yuedengge Station emblem draws inspiration from Tang architecture and reflects the poetic vibe of lanterns and the moon.
雁鸣湖站站名与站徽设计源于雁鸣湖水域景色。雁鸣湖岸边杨柳依依，时常有大雁、野鸭在此觅食筑巢，因此设计选取大雁、杨柳树、湖水等元素，同时结合周边休闲公园、商业林立，展现出一个集休憩健康、旅游商业结合的新城市地标。
The name and emblem design of Yanminghu Station are inspired by the scenery of the Yanming Lake area. The banks of Yanming Lake are lined with willows, with wild geese and ducks foraging and nesting here. Therefore, the design vividly incorporates these elements, showcasing a new urban landmark that combines leisure, tourism, and commerce.
月登阁站以棕色和白色为主色调，站台层部分公共区域采用树和水的造型，传达共享生态的设计理念。
Yuedengge Station's main color scheme is brown and white. The public area on the platform is filled with trees and water, conveying the design concept of shared ecology.
雁鸣湖站是首个列车与楼群“擦身而过”的地铁站，该站向东连接西安东站，向西可进入中心城区。
Yanminghu Station connects to the Xi'an East Railway Station to the east and extends to the core urban area to the west. It is also the 1st metro station in Xi'an built close to the surrounding buildings.
为最大限度保障楼体居住的舒适性，雁鸣湖站与保障性租赁住房结构上是各自独立的。所以与其说是列车从楼中穿过，不如说是从楼侧“擦身而过”，形成了地铁车站与三栋保障性租赁住房“贴建”的景象。这样的设计也使得周边配套商业与车站站厅连通，使乘客、住户、商户动线流畅、无缝衔接。
Yanminghu Station and the surrounding residential buildings are structurally independent of each other, so the residents' living conditions will not be further disturbed. The subway station is closely integrated with the three housing units, so the trains seem to brush against the building. This design links the surrounding commercial facilities to the station hall, ensuring smooth movement and connections for passengers, residents, and business units.
此外，从雁鸣湖站A出入口向东眺望，地铁高架段下还有一座过街天桥，极大地方便了东三环两侧市民出行。
To the east of the entrance/exit A of the Yanming Lake Station, there is a pedestrian overpass beneath the elevated track of the metro, which greatly facilitates the daily commute for residents living on both sides of the East 3rd Ring Road.
