“生命之树”依托于省、市重点商贸项目西安文化CBD国际文化商业中心（华润置地西安CCBD）。该项目总占地138亩，总投资90亿元，总建筑面积56.5万㎡。
"Xi'an Tree" is part of a key provincial and municipal commercial project—Xi'an Culture CBD International Cultural and Commercial Center (China Resources Land Xi'an CCBD). The project covers a total area of 138 mu (around 23 acres) with a total investment of 9 billion yuan and a total construction area of 565,000 square meters.
12月9日，项目内的西安万象城同步开门迎客，其中引进近200家区域及城市首店、城市旗舰及概念店级别重磅高能店铺，占比近50%；餐饮店铺中，更有近80%为米其林餐厅、黑珍珠餐厅及品牌首店、旗舰店，为市民提供了全新的购物消费场景。
On December 9, the Xi'an MixC Shopping Mall opened its doors to welcome customers. The mall features approximately 200 stores, including regional and city-level shops, as well as high-profile concept stores, which together make up nearly 50% of its total offerings. In terms of dining options, almost 80% of the restaurants have Michelin ratings, are recognized by the Black Pearl list, or are flagship-level establishments, providing residents with a brand-new shopping and dining experience.
随着“生命之树”点亮及西安万象城的开业，西安的商业格局在今年底再度被更新。目前，西安已经具备创建国际消费中心城市的基础条件和比较优势。据此前发布的《2023福布斯中国·消费活力城市榜》显示，西安位列2023福布斯中国·消费活力城市榜第13名，是整个西北地区唯一上榜TOP20的城市。
With the lighting of "Xi'an Tree" and the opening of the Xian MixC Shopping Mall, the commercial landscape of Xi'an has received a significant update as we close out the year. Currently, Xi'an possesses the essential conditions and competitive advantages to establish itself as an international consumption center city. In the recently released "2023 Forbes China · Consumption Vitality City Ranking," Xi'an ranked 13th, making it the only city in the entire Northwest region to be included in the TOP 20 list.
