生命之树以千年古银杏为构想灵感。作为一棵“存在了1400年的奇迹”，西安古观音禅寺内的古银杏，相传是唐贞观年间由唐太宗李世民亲手种植。千年更迭，银杏生命依旧旺盛，生命之树正是以此为构想灵感。
XI'AN TREE draws inspiration from the ancient ginkgo tree that has stood for over a thousand years. This remarkable tree, located in the Ancient Guanyin Temple in Xi'an, is believed to have been planted by Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty during the Zhenguan era and is often referred to as a "1,400-year-old miracle". Despite the passage of millennia, the vitality of the ginkgo tree remains vibrant, encapsulating the essence of XI'AN TREE.
生命之树由曾设计过东京麻布台之丘、上海世博会英国馆等知名建筑的国际著名建筑师托马斯·赫斯维克(Thomas Heatherwick)亲自设计。
XI'AN TREE was designed by the internationally renowned architect Thomas Heatherwick, who has designed famous projects such as the Azabudai Hills in Tokyo and the UK Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo.

生命之树整体高达57米，7层空间自树根至中层平台，再上至顶层平台，7大生态景观依次变化。其主体由3层平台构成，60个花园叶片，步移景异，步步皆景。漫步其中，盎然古意与璀璨科技互映交融，仿若徜徉于空中花海，美不胜收。
XI'AN TREE stands 57 meters tall and features seven levels, ranging from the roots to the middle platform and up to the top platform. The tree showcases seven major ecological landscapes that change in succession. Its main structure consists of three platforms and 60 garden leaf-shaped elements, offering a changing view at every step. As visitors stroll through, they can experience an intertwining of ancient ambiance and modern technology, evoking a sense of wandering through an aerial sea of flowers — a truly breathtaking sight.
树上的花园景观设计灵感以丝绸之路上的生态环境为主线，一路沿阶而上，通过植被、水景和布局，生动呈现出干草原、干旱沙漠、干燥灌木、温带阔叶林、山地森林、高山苔原、温带草原七大生态景观。
The garden's landscape design, set high in the trees, draws inspiration from the ecological environments along the Silk Road. It features a tiered arrangement that showcases seven major ecological landscapes: dry grassland, arid desert, dry shrubland, temperate broadleaf forest, mountain forest, alpine tundra, and temperate grassland. This is achieved through careful selection of vegetation, water features, and layout.

以生命之树为幕布，西安万象城邀请好莱坞特效团队Territory Studio，通过3D全息投影艺术方式，共同创造一段融合丝绸之路历史与现代西安气息的“新丝路”光影秀。
Using XI'AN TREE as the backdrop, Xi'an the MixC collaborated with the Hollywood special effects team, Territory Studio, to create a "New Silk Road" light show. This show features 3D holographic projection art that beautifully blends the historical significance of the Silk Road with the modern spirit of Xi'an.

该光影秀将以东方浪漫演绎四时节序，光影流转中，唐三彩和蓝田玉在眼前流动，壮阔丝路与绮丽风景交替上演，生命之树的四季画卷也就此徐徐展开。
The show will offer a romantic interpretation of the four seasons, highlighting the interplay of light and shadow as it showcases Tang tri-color glazed pottery and Lantian jade.
