随着秋风的渐行渐远,冬日的脚步悄然临近,不经意间,开学的首个学季已悄然步入尾声。刚刚挥别紧张而充实的考试周的同学们,终于迎来了他们心心念念、翘首以盼的秋游。
As the fall winds are moving away and winter is approaching, the first quarter of the school year has come to an end. Students who just waved
goodbye to the tense and full week of exams finally ushered in the fall field trip that they had been longing for and eagerly awaiting.

小学部:吾舍农场
ES: Wushe Farm
11月8日一早,秋高气爽,阳光明媚。小学部的师生一起前往吾舍农场,体验户外农场生活,旨在让学生们亲近自然,培养劳动意识和团队合作精神。
Early in the morning of November 8, the autumn sky was clear and the sun was shining. Teachers and students from the Elementary School went
to Wushe Farm together to experience the outdoor farm life, aiming at letting the students get close to nature and cultivating the sense of labor and the spirit of teamwork.

抵达目的地后,学生们在老师和农场工作人员的带领下,有序地参观了农场的各个区域,体验了田间劳作和手工制作。
Upon arrival at the destination, the students visited various areas of the farm in an orderly manner
under the guidance of teachers and farm staff, experiencing fieldwork and handicrafts.

同学们非常喜欢在田间挖红薯,比比谁挖得深,谁挖得多,可真带劲!
The students enjoyed digging sweet potatoes in the field, competing for those who dug deep and who dug more, which was energetic!

摘棉花也很考验耐心,将棉花絮和籽一点点剥开,是一个需要专注力的过程。
Cotton picking was a great test of patience, and peeling away the cotton floss
and seeds bit by bit was a process that required concentration.

同学们还采集了秋日的花花草草,做了植物标本,将自己独一无二有关秋日的记忆珍藏。
Students also collected fall flowers and plants
and made plant specimens to treasure their unique memories of fall.

打年糕和做蛋糕也是孩子们喜欢的项目。捧着自己的成品,同学们格外珍惜。
Punching rice cakes and making cakes were also the children's favorite projects.
Holding their finished products, the students cherished them extraordinarily.

活动中,老师们还借此机会向学生们讲解了农耕文化的重要性,以及保护自然环境、珍惜粮食的道理。学生们听得津津有味,纷纷表示要从小养成节约粮食的好习惯。
During the activity, the teachers also took the opportunity to explain to the students the importance of farming culture, as well as the
importance of protecting the natural environment and cherishing food. The students listened with great interest and expressed the need to develop the good habit of saving food from childhood.

园区内的大草坪和游乐场也让同学们流连忘返。“大网弹大球”与“打地鼠”是孩子们最爱的项目。考验默契的时候到啦!
The large lawn and playground in the park also kept the students coming back for more. The “Big Net Bouncing Ball”
and “Whack-a-Mole” were the children's favorites. It was time to test their trust with each other!

此次秋游户外农场活动不仅让学生们度过了放松愉悦的一天,更让他们在实践中学习到了许多宝贵的知识。通过亲身体验,学生们对农耕文化有了更深入的了解,对劳动有了更深刻的认识,同时也增强了团队合作意识和环保意识。希望孩子们在快乐中成长,在成长中收获。
The fall trip to the outdoor farm not only gave the students a relaxing and enjoyable day but also allowed them to acquire valuable knowledge in practice. Through hands-on experience, the students gained
a deeper understanding of farming culture, a deeper understanding of labor, and at the same time enhanced their sense of teamwork and environmental awareness. We hope that the children grow in happiness and gain in growth.

MS&HS: Shanghai Happy Valley
中学部的秋游目的地则锁定在上海欢乐谷。大家放下前一天学季考试的紧张与疲惫,重拾轻松与愉悦,欢乐加倍。
The destination of the Middle and High School's fall field trip was the Happy Valley in Shanghai. Everyone let go of the tension and fatigue of the
previous days' school quarter exams, and regained relaxation and pleasure, doubling the joy.

经过前期的详细安排与部署,11月8日早8时,中学部全体师生乘坐大巴,整装出发。同学们已经分好小组,在车上已经迫不及待地与自己的小组成员和导师一起商议起要玩的游乐项目来:研究地图,规划路线,研读项目要求,对比推荐指数,精准定位团队的心仪目标。
After detailed arrangements, all teachers and students of the middle and high school took the bus at 8:00 a.m. on November 8th and left in full gear. Students were divided into groups,
and they were eager to discuss with their group members and mentors amusement facilities: they studied the map, planned routes, read the instructions and requirements, compared the recommended items, and pinpointed the team's preferred target.

It was a clear day for the trip. After arriving at Shanghai Happy
Valley, teachers and students of all homerooms took the lead in taking a group photo to memorize this precious reunion time together.

Joyful experience
每个小组成员在导师们的带领下,分秒必争地冲向早已确定好的娱乐项目,或惊险刺激,或欢乐有趣,或温馨浪漫......让人流连忘返。
Each group member, led by the mentors, rushed to the amusement park. They were thrilled,
, joyful, and passionate. It made everyone’s visit memorable.

漫步于欢乐谷的广阔园区,同学们彼此关怀备至,团结如一人。他们清点队伍,确保每位伙伴都在身旁;不时分享新发现的乐趣与美景,让喜悦在团队中流淌。这样的集体行动,不仅让欢乐无限放大,更彰显了团队的默契与力量。尤其值得一提的是,有两位细心的同学注意到小瓶子里“囚禁”的水母与笼中的小鸟,他们心生怜悯,愿意买来放生,这份善良与爱心,无疑是此行中最温暖人心的那一束光。
Walking through the vast expanse of Happy Valley, the students cared for each other and worked together as one. They counted the members to make sure that every partner was by their side; from time to time, they shared the newly discovered fun and beautiful scenery, letting
the joy flow in the team. Such collective action not only magnified the joy infinitely, but also demonstrated the tacit understanding and spirit of the team. It was especially worth mentioning that two attentive students noticed the jellyfish and the birds in the cages and the small bottles, and they felt compassionate and were willing to buy and release them, which was undoubtedly the most warming beam of light in this trip.

顺利返校
Smooth return to school
不经意间,集合返校的时刻悄然降临。下午两点整,全体师生踏上返程的道路。沿途之上,同学们热情洋溢地交流着方才经历的欢乐与趣事。还有同学仍沉浸在意犹未尽之中,纷纷相约未来再聚,共续这段未了的秋日奇缘。尽管欢乐的时光总是匆匆流逝,但当大巴缓缓停驻在校园门口,为这次秋游之旅画上了一个圆满而温馨的句号时,每个人的心中都充满了美好的记忆。
Without realizing it, the time to gather and return to school came quietly. At two o'clock in the afternoon, all the teachers and students embarked on the trip back to school. Along the way, students enthusiastically exchanged their joys and interesting stories. Some
students were still in the mood for more, and promised to meet again in the future to renew this unfinished fall experience. Although the time of fun always passed by in a hurry, when the bus slowly stopped at the entrance of the campus and drew a successful and warm ending for this fall tour, everyone's heart was full of wonderful memories.
