启迪智慧之光——博雅讲坛第二期圆满落幕 Liberal Arts Academy

2024年5月11日，复旦附中国际部迎来了博雅讲坛的第二期。博雅讲坛旨在为学生搭建一个拓宽学术视野、激发个人兴趣与潜力的平台。本期讲坛特邀了两位嘉宾：花旗银行人力资源总监黄爱丽女士和上海温哥华电影学院高级讲师李竞菲女士。

On May 11, 2024, Fudan International School (FDIS) hosted the second session of the Liberal Arts Academy. The goal of the Liberal Arts Academy is to offer students a platform to expand their academic horizons and spark their personal interests and potential. We invited two distinguished guest speakers: Ms. Alice Wong, the Chief Human Resources Officer of Citi, and Ms. Li Jingfei, a senior lecturer at the Shanghai Vancouver Film School.

对于高中生而言，他们正处于人生规划的关键阶段，对未来的职业道路充满好奇与期待。因此，本期讲坛特意邀请了在人力资源领域有逾25年经验的黄爱丽女士，从当前和未来的市场角度出发，为高中生们揭示商界人才所必备的技能。黄女士深入剖析了职业成功所需的关键要素，包括识别个人兴趣、挖掘自身优势与技能、设定人生目标以及规划通往成功的路径等。同时，她还指出了思维方式的转变至关重要，包括分析力、全球视角和创新力等关键能力的培养。这场讲座不仅为学生们初步解读了商业成功的密码，更为他们未来的职业规划提供了宝贵的参考。

High school students find themselves in a critical stage of life planning, brimming with curiosity about their future career paths. Consequently, we invited Ms. Wong, who has over 25 years of HR experience in corporate and executive search firms, to shed light on the essential skills required for business elite in both present and future markets. Ms. Wong delved into the fundamental elements necessary for career success, which include identifying personal interests, recognizing strengths and skills, setting life goals, and mapping out the path to success. She also underlined the significance of a mindset shift, nurturing critical thinking skills such as analytical thinking, a global perspective, and innovation. This lecture not only granted students an initial insight into the framework of business success but also provided valuable references for their future career planning.

对于初中生而言，他们的兴趣广泛，好奇心强。因此，本期讲坛邀请了上海温哥华电影学院高级讲师李竞菲女士，为学生们带来了“电影幕后的故事”的主题演讲。李老师分析了电影的本质，追溯了电影的历史渊源，并向学生们讲述了电影背后团队合作的故事，揭示了电影发展的演变历程和它所蕴含的无限可能性。这不仅满足了学生们对电影的兴趣，也扩展了他们的文化视野，激发了他们对艺术创作的热情。

As for middle school students, their interests span a wide spectrum, and their curiosity is profound. Therefore, this session welcomed Ms. Li, a senior lecturer at the Shanghai Vancouver Film School, to deliver a keynote speech on "Behind the Scenes" for the students. Ms. Li explored the essence of movies, traced the historical roots of film, and narrated tales of teamwork behind the scenes of movies, unveiling the evolution of the film industry and the myriad possibilities it holds. This event not only catered to students' interest in movies but also broadened their cultural horizons and kindled their passion for artistic creation.
