最近和好几位同学感兴趣学口译的同学做了口语能力评估，发现了一下共性问题，和大家聊聊我的看法和建议：
1 语音面貌不好。发音是第一张名片，我想大家有过这样的经历，当某一位同学发音清晰，语调得当，表达流畅时，就会觉得他/她英语很棒！这就是我们所说的说英语的一种范或者感觉。但是在听大家的英文自我介绍录音的时候，还是有不少同学读英文时按照汉语拼音的方式去读，没有注意到意群停顿和语调起伏，甚至还有有些同学会出现元音错误或者重音不当等问题。
如果大家要往口译或者演讲方向发展，需要在语音上多花功夫，需要把音标读准，通过模仿找到说英语的感觉和语调，不要用汉语拼音式的方式读英文。建议大家可以看看21世纪英语演讲比赛，找找里面的选手视频，可以选声音和自己相似的选手的视频进行模仿，学习腔调和发音，让自己开口说英语更有感觉。
2 语言质量问题。测试中，有好几位发音很棒，说英文的感觉也到位，但细听语言质量问题较多。英语和中文表达习惯不同，许多同学之前学英语可能是受中文思维影响，所以会导致说英语时，也是脑子里先想中文，然后再“转换”成英文说出来。这么做，一来表达速度慢，二来英文会表达会受中文思维影响。
比如，这次测试就发现了好几个典型的例子。比如，有一位同学想说的是”我很喜欢学英语，但是可能因为没掌握有效方法，所以浪费了很多时间“。但是她说的英文是”I am always enjoying learning English, but I wasted a lot of time in learning it“. ”waste time in doing"的意思是“我觉得时间花再这件事情上是不值得的，觉得浪费了”.这里并不是想说“学英语是浪费自己的时间”，这样的中式英文就会导致对方理解出现偏差，词不达意。
如果想表达”喜欢学英语，但是因为没有掌握有效方法，所以花了很多时间，但效果不明显“，英文可以这么说“I really like learning English, but even though I've put in a lot of time, I haven't seen much improvement. I guess the problem is that I haven't quite figured out the best way to learn.“”或者”I'm passionate about learning English, but I feel like I've spent a lot of time on ineffective learning methods.”
除了表达不地道，还有一部分就是语法和词汇，比如时态，主谓一致，句子成分缺失等。还有同学全程都是用简单句，或者还是再用高中的自我介绍模板“My name is……. I am ** years old. I am from……. . I like ……. I want to ……. That is all."
这里，和大家分享针对面试求职场景下自我介绍的英文表达模板，希望对大家有帮助：
"Good morning/afternoon, I'm [Your Name], and I am a highly motivated professional with a solid educational foundation and a genuine passion for [Relevant Industry/Field]. I hold a degree in [Your Degree] from the esteemed [Your University], where I not only gained valuable theoretical knowledge but also developed a strong sense of curiosity and a hunger for continuous learning.
During my internship at [Previous Company], I was fortunate to apply my academic knowledge in a practical setting, allowing me to refine my skills in [Key Skills]. I actively contributed to projects such as [Specific Project/Initiative], where I played a pivotal role in [Noteworthy Accomplishment]. These experiences not only strengthened my skill set but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities within our industry.
My passion for [Relevant Industry/Field] goes beyond my professional endeavors. I am an avid follower of industry trends and innovations, and I make it a point to stay updated with the latest developments. This commitment to staying informed empowers me to approach challenges with a fresh perspective and to seize opportunities as they arise."
套用模板的范例：
"Godd morning, I'm Sarah Johnson, and I come to you as a highly motivated professional with a solid educational foundation and a genuine passion for marketing and digital communications. I hold a degree in Marketing and Communications from the esteemed University of XXX, where I not only gained valuable theoretical knowledge but also developed a strong sense of curiosity and a hunger for continuous learning.
During my internship at Digital Marketing Solutions, I was fortunate to apply my academic knowledge in a practical setting, allowing me to refine my skills in digital marketing, social media management, and data analytics. I actively contributed to projects such as the 'DigitalRevamp' campaign, where I played a pivotal role in increasing online engagement by 40%. These experiences not only strengthened my skill set but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities within the dynamic field of digital marketing.
My passion for marketing and digital communications goes beyond my professional endeavors.
