守护生命 练“救”本领
为深入推进平安校园建设，强化应急救护知识普及，进一步提升全体教师的安全意识和急救技能，我校邀请拱墅区拱宸桥街道红十字应急救护培训团队来校开展急救救护培训。
To further promote the construction of a safe campus, strengthen the dissemination of emergency rescue knowledge, and enhance the safety awareness and first aid skills of all teachers, our school invited the Red Cross Emergency Rescue Training Team from Gongchenqiao Street, Gongshu District, to conduct a first aid training session.
本次培训分为线上理论知识视频学习和现场培训两个部分。老师们借助业余时间完成视频学习并全员通过了理论考试。
The training was divided into two parts: online theoretical video learning and on-site practical training. The teachers completed the video lessons during their spare time and all passed the theoretical exam.
现场培训则围绕心肺复苏（CPR）、自动体外除颤器（AED）的使用等紧急救护技能展开。首先，红十字会老师向大家介绍了急救的重要性和基本概念，强调了“黄金4-6分钟”内采取行动的重要性。接着，老师详细解释了心肺复苏术的操作流程，包括如何识别心脏骤停的迹象、如何正确地进行胸外按压以及如何施行人工呼吸。
The on-site training focused on emergency rescue skills, including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED). First, the Red Cross instructors introduced the importance of first aid and basic concepts, emphasizing the critical importance of taking action within the "golden 4-6 minutes." Then, they explained the procedure for performing CPR in detail, including how to recognize signs of cardiac arrest, how to correctly perform chest compressions, and how to administer rescue breaths.
实操环节，老师们踊跃参加，反复练习技术动作。经过红十字会老师的详细指导，我们全面掌握了心肺复苏现场紧急救援知识和正确处理方法，进一步提升了教职工紧急救护的能力。
During the practical session, the teachers actively participated and practiced the techniques repeatedly. With the detailed guidance of the Red Cross instructors, we gained a thorough understanding of on-site emergency CPR knowledge and correct handling methods, further enhancing the faculty's ability to provide emergency first aid.
此次红十字急救培训，全体教职员工掌握了基本急救的知识和实践操作技能，大大提高了全校教职工对突发事件的应急处置能力和应急救护能力，为我校的全体师生增添了一道安全防线。
Through this Red Cross first aid training, all teaching staff have mastered basic first aid knowledge and practical skills, significantly improving their ability to respond to emergencies and provide emergency rescue, thus adding an extra layer of safety for all the teachers and students at our school.
