Exploring the nexus of knowledge and enjoyment, Hangzhou World Foreign Language International School hosted a unique "Magic Math" assembly. The purpose of this event was to spark a love for math among students, immersing them in a series of engaging activities that highlighted the subject's allure.
找寻知识与乐趣的交汇点。近日，杭州世外外籍人员子女学校举办了一场别开生面的“神奇数学”集会。本次集会旨在激发学生们对数学的热爱，通过一系列寓教于乐的活动，让数学的魅力深入人心。
Throughout the assembly, a variety of math-themed magic shows captivated the audience. Magicians adeptly applied mathematical concepts, delivering spectacular visual spectacles that left the children wondering and inspired a deep fascination with mathematics.
集会上，一系列数学相关的魔术表演让人目不暇接。魔术师们巧妙地运用数学原理，为观众呈现了一场场精彩绝伦的视觉盛宴。孩子们在惊叹声中，不禁对数学产生了愈加浓厚的兴趣。
Moreover, the assembly included math challenges for team members structured around house teams. Students were divided into various groups to tackle challenging math puzzles. This not only assessed their mathematical understanding but also fostered their ALT-collaborative skills. In the challenges, students engaged in active problem-solving, supported one another, and worked together to surmount obstacles, showcasing excellent teamwork.
此外，集会还设置了以house team为形式的团队数学挑战。学生们分成不同的小组，共同解决一系列数学难题。这不仅考验了他们的数学知识，更锻炼了ATL之一——团队合作能力。在挑战中，学生们积极思考，互相帮助，共同克服困难，展现了良好的团队精神。
The "Magic Math" assembly not only allowed students to appreciate the enchanting aspects of mathematics but also to experience the strength of teamwork firsthand. It is anticipated that such events will further cultivate a passion for mathematics among the students of Hangzhou World Foreign Nationals' Children School, empowering them to unlock the boundless potential of the future with mathematical insight.
