秋之美,在于厚积与薄发;教之美,在于钻研与提升。为贯彻新课标理念,深入推进素养导向的语文课堂教学改革,提升一年级语文教师的课堂教学能力,10月15日,以“新课标理念下学习任务群的设计与实践”为主题的培训研讨活动在杭州上海世外学校举办。
To implement the new curriculum standards and further promote the literacy-oriented reform of Chinese language teaching, a training and seminar event themed "Design and Practice of Learning Task Groups Under the New Curriculum Standards" was held on October 15th at HWFL.

两节精彩的一年级课例展示拉开了活动的序幕。
第一节课“你说我做”,杭州市长江实验小学的柳蕙老师以儿童喜闻乐见的游戏形式作为教学载体,让学生在轻松快乐的氛围中开展口语交际活动,聚焦听说,层次清晰。教师在情境中结合本校常规指令,从坐姿、写字姿势、活动指令,让学生在真实的活动中感受自己的进步,沉浸式学习“大声说,讲清楚”、“认真听,做正确”的指令要求,帮助初入学儿童养成良好学习习惯和行为习惯,充分体现一年级“在学习中游戏,在游戏中学习”的教学理念。
The first lesson, "You Say, I Do," was delivered by Ms. Liu Hui from Changjiang Experimental Primary School in Hangzhou. Using games that children love as the teaching medium, she engaged students in oral communication activities in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, focusing on listening and speaking with clear stages.
第二节课“ai ei ui”,杭州上海世外学校的卓欢欢老师带领学生乘坐拼音列车进入拼音王国再次旅行。课堂结构严谨且富有层次感。整堂课运用多种方法朗读,示范读、组词读、读课文,读中悟运用。从单韵母到复韵母的认识和区分,教师通过形象的插图和一个个朗朗上口的小口诀,引带领学生将抽象的拼音知识具象化,让拼音融入生活。从音到形,学生主动寻找记忆方向,轻松突破学习重难点。灵活用策略,快乐学拼音,轻松提素养,便是这节课最贴切的概括。
The second lesson, "ai ei ui," was presented by Ms. Zhuo Huanhuan from HWFL. She led students on another journey into the world of pinyin aboard the pinyin train. The lesson was well-structured and layered, utilizing various reading methods such as model reading, word reading, and text reading.
最后,区教研员许珂老师为大家带来《基于新教材,第一学段教学的守正和创新》的讲座。许老师带领大家再次重温一年级的教材修订思路和主要变化,指出新教材“更科学”、“更语文”。许老师向老师提出了扎实有效的教学建议:低段教学需遵循学段规律,守正优良传统。结合课例,许老师为各位老师细致分析教学两件宝“加强语文实践,聚焦听说读写”和“关注儿童特点,激发学习兴趣”,督促教师时刻要把两件宝紧抓于手。许老师还指出新教材背景下教师应顺应时代发展,创新学教方式。联结生活场景,在真实情境中交际与运用。用足教材,指导学生渐进学习,归类梳理。搭建学习支架,促进学生自主学习。这些具有建设性和可操作性的的教学建议,为语文教师今后的教学工作明确了方向,有助于今后更好地培养学生的语文核心素养。
Finally, district education researcher Ms. Xu Ke delivered a lecture titled "Adhering to Tradition and Innovating in First-Stage Teaching Based on the New Textbooks." She reviewed the revision ideas and major changes in the first-grade textbook, emphasizing that the new textbooks are "more scientific" and "more linguistic." Ms. Xu provided solid and effective teaching suggestions: first-grade teaching should follow developmental stages and uphold good traditions. Ms. Xu also pointed out that under the new curriculum, teachers should innovate in teaching methods to adapt to the times, linking lessons to real-life situations for practical application.
同一天上午,语文第一学段90学时也在我校举行。语文教研员许珂老师做了《单元视角下,阅读教学任务群的项目设计与实践》的讲座。许老师结合一个个鲜活的真实案例,帮助大家对任务群的设计有了一个深刻的理解。董宇芳老师以“6C核心素养下语文项目化学习的评价策略”为题,从如何设计语文项目化学习的评价单,如何开展评价以及评价后效果怎样等三个方面进行分享,相信老师们听了之后对跨学科的项目学习有思考亦有感悟。

知之愈明,则行之愈笃;师欲善其教,必先悉其材。通过此次培训,老师们对小学语文新教材有了更深入的理解,对一年级教学有了更清晰的认知,掌握了更多的教学方法和策略。相信在今后的教学工作中,老师们将不断探索创新,学以致用、用而有悟、悟而能创。
Through this training, teachers have gained a deeper understanding of the new primary school Chinese textbooks, clearer insights into first-grade teaching, and more effective teaching methods and strategies.
