杭州上海世外学校坐落于京杭大运河畔,运河文化是学校培养学生具备一颗“中国心”,厚植家国情怀的重要资源。为深入挖掘和丰富大运河文化内涵,充分展现大运河遗存承载的文化,活化大运河流淌伴生的文化,弘扬大运河历史凝练的文化,在区教育局、小河街道的指导下,“红茶议事会”第一次走进校园来到杭州上海世外学校。拱墅区教育局德体艺卫科科长王李青、小河街道党工委主任卢栋出席活动,街道、社区代表,学校教师代表、家长代表、学生代表一同参与。
To further explore and enrich the cultural significance of the Grand Canal, as well as to fully display the cultural heritage it holds, the "Hongcha Yishi Hui" meeting made its first appearance on campus at HWFL, under the guidance of the district education bureau and Xiaohe subdistrict. Wang Liqing, head of the Moral, Physical Education, Arts, and Health Department of the Gongshu District Education Bureau, and Lu Dong, director of the Party Working Committee of Xiaohe Subdistrict, attended the event along with representatives from the subdistrict and community, teachers, parents, and students.
首先,陈校长对本次会议的背景和目的进行了详细的介绍,希望借本次活动能够集各部门力量和众人智慧,完善校本课程体系,让运河文化潜移默化地根植在同学心中,成为运河文化的传播者、见证者,带着大运河金名片走向世界。
First, Principal Stella provided a detailed introduction to the background and purpose of this meeting. She expressed the hope that by harnessing the collective wisdom of various departments and individuals through this event, the school could further refine its curriculum, allowing the Grand Canal culture to be subtly ingrained in the students' hearts, turning them into ambassadors and witnesses of this heritage, carrying the prestigious "Golden Name Card" of the Grand Canal to the world.
接着,参会人员分成四个小组,围绕“如何发挥多方力量,立足运河文化,完善校本课程体系,培育有‘中国心,世界眼’的时代新人?”展开头脑风暴。“我觉得可以邀请更专业的运河文化导师团队来校讲座、上课”“如何更好的与学校的办学理念进行融合?”“1-6年级的活动非常丰富,是否可以建立档案,跟随学生的整个小学生涯,毕业后也是一份成果与收获”“如何借助各部门力量,依托更多资源、平台给予学生更多的展示机会,从而辐射更多的学生,学校?”……
Afterward, the participants were divided into four groups to brainstorm around the theme of "How can we leverage various forces, based on the culture of the Grand Canal, to enhance the school-based curriculum and cultivate a new generation with a 'Chinese heart and a global perspective'?"
值得一提的是,作为学校运河文化课程的实践者,我们的少先队员代表屠伊朵、徐之舟、董君和叶泓序纷纷发表了自己的观点,从学生的角度,提出了困惑,并提出了相应的解决措施,他们希望自己也能为宣传运河文化,宣传家乡做出自己的一份贡献。社区代表、家长代表也从不同的角度提出了很多宝贵的建议和策略。在桌促的带领下,四个小组畅所欲言,随后各小组的汇报员上台分享小组内的讨论成果。
Notably, as practitioners of the school's Grand Canal cultural curriculum, our Young Pioneers representatives—Tu Yiduo, Xu Zhizhou, Dong Jun, and Ye Hongxu—also shared their perspectives. They raised questions from a student's point of view and proposed solutions, expressing their desire to contribute to promoting the Grand Canal culture and their hometown. Community representatives and parents also offered valuable suggestions and strategies from different angles.
最后,促动师带领全体成员将各小组提交的建议、措施按内容根据大家的意见进行分类排列,达成本次会议的共识,即建立档案,展示成果;整合资源,完善课程;组建联盟,交流研学;加强宣传,扩大影响;提升内涵,塑造人才。
教育局德体艺卫科王李青科长在参加完整场会议后,对本次活动表示赞赏。她表示通过街道、社区、家长、教师和学生多方位多角度的开展头脑风暴,献计献策,为学校的发展提供了宝贵的意见,也希望杭州世外能够利用此次会议的契机,在拱墅教育发挥更大的作用。
In the final part of the meeting, the facilitator guided all participants to categorize and organize the suggestions and measures submitted by the groups according to their content.
通过此次红茶议事会,我们聚焦挖掘运河物质文化、精神文化,完善学校运河校本课程,落地学科实践等方面探讨,从而实现以运河文化,育时代新人的校本实践,赋能学校高质量发展。
Through this meeting, we focused on exploring the material and spiritual culture of the Grand Canal, improving the school's Grand Canal-based curriculum, and implementing subject-based practices. This initiative aims to build a school-based practice centered on the Grand Canal culture to nurture the new generation and empower the school's high-quality development.
