9月23日下午，学校特邀杭州市基础教育研究室课程部主任、综合实践活动教研员俞丽萍老师，带来《基于素养提升的校本课程建设》的校本研修专题讲座，为老师们厘清了校本课程开发的基本要素，进一步激发了学校校本课程建设的活力。
On the afternoon of September 23, the school invited Ms. Yu Liping, Director of the Curriculum Department and Researcher on Comprehensive Practical Activities at the Hangzhou Basic Education Research Office, to deliver a special lecture on "School-Based Curriculum Development Based on Competency Enhancement." The lecture helped clarify the essential elements of developing a school-based curriculum and further stimulated the vitality of the school's curriculum construction.
俞老师从校本课程的概念界定出发，结合老师们前期积极撰写的校本课程纲要，从课程的分类标准、课程的目标撰写规范、课程内容的体系架构、课程评价的维度设置等方面深入浅出地为老师们后续开展校本课程的开发与实施指明了方向。
Starting with a definition of the school-based curriculum concept, Ms. Yu, in conjunction with the curriculum outlines actively written by the teachers, provided clear guidance on the subsequent development and implementation of school-based curriculum. She covered aspects such as curriculum classification standards, writing norms for curriculum objectives, the structural framework of curriculum content, and the dimensions for curriculum evaluation.
素养时代下，教师的角色定位也在悄然发生着迭代，是课程实施的执行者，更是课程的开发者和建设者。相信通过此次研训结合、专家引领的校本研修活动，能够深化教师队伍对校本课程内涵建设的理解，进一步提升学校校本课程的丰富性、适应性与创新性。
In this era focused on competency, the role of teachers is also quietly evolving. They are not only the implementers of the curriculum but also its developers and builders. It is believed that through this combined training and expert-led school-based professional development activity, the teaching staff will deepen their understanding of the core development of the school-based curriculum, further enhancing the curriculum's richness, adaptability, and innovation.
