9 月 14 日，阳光洒在波光粼粼的泳池上，杭州上海世外学校五年级的同学们开启了一场充满欢乐与挑战的游泳挑战赛。
On September 14th, as the sun glistened over the shimmering pool, the fifth-grade students from HWFL kicked off a swimming challenge filled with joy and excitement.

当同学们穿着色彩鲜艳的泳衣，戴着泳帽，满怀期待地站在泳池边时，那一双双亮晶晶的眼睛里满是憧憬。
Dressed in colorful swimsuits and caps, the students stood eagerly by the poolside, their bright eyes full of anticipation.
活动开始了，看！有的同学像灵活的小鱼，在水中自由自在地游动，他们熟练地划动着手臂，蹬着双腿。有的同学虽然刚开始有些紧张，但在教练和同学们的鼓励下，也勇敢地迈出了第一步。
The event began! Look! Some students swam freely like agile fish in the water, skillfully moving their arms and kicking their legs. Others, though a bit nervous at first, bravely took their first steps with the encouragement of coaches and classmates.
在师生比赛环节，有的同学采用自由泳，手臂快速地划动，激起朵朵浪花；有的同学选择蛙泳，节奏稳定，动作标准。孩子们的拼搏精神感染着在场的每一个人，泳池边的加油声、欢呼声此起彼伏。平日里站在操场上严肃认真的老师们，此时在泳池中展现出了他们活力四射的另一面。师生们同场竞技，气氛紧张而又热烈。这次师生游泳比赛不仅仅是一场体育竞技，更是一次师生之间交流互动、增进感情的绝佳机会。它让我们看到了在课堂之外，师生们团结协作、积极向上的一面。
During the teacher-student competition, some students chose freestyle, swiftly moving their arms and splashing the water, while others opted for breaststroke, keeping a steady rhythm and precise movements. The students' fighting spirit inspired everyone present, and cheers and applause echoed from the poolside. The teacher-student competition created an atmosphere that was both tense and lively. This swimming contest was more than just an athletic event; it was also a wonderful opportunity for teachers and students to interact, bond, and strengthen relationships. It showcased their unity, cooperation, and positive attitudes beyond the classroom.
