10月16日下午，我校隆重举行“三名工作室”2024学年第一次研修活动。“三名工作室”极大地调动了校内优质的研修资源，进一步落实加强了骨干教师队伍建设，积极拓展了全方位、多层次、宽领域的研修环境。
On the afternoon of October 16th, HWFL held the first research activity of the "Experts Studio" for the 2024 academic year.
活动伊始，夏方平副校长解读了工作室考核细则。从工作室建设、活动、示范、成果四个方面对每一位老师提出要求，希望每位导师学员积极发挥优势开展活动。
At the beginning of the event, Vice Principal Xia Fangping explained the studio's evaluation criteria.
两位教学首席工作室导师分享心得，蔡金华老师提出参照学校布置的工作细则开展活动，发挥优势教学相长，在一年的活动之后都有所收获。张园老师用“五心”即静心沉浸、精心研读、潜心磨课、虚心学习、沉心反思总结心得，也与每一位老师共勉。导师们还为学员们送上了精心挑选的书籍，鼓励学员不断汲取书中精华，架起成长之桥。
Two lead mentors，Cai Jinhua and Zhang Yua, shared their insights. The mentors also presented carefully selected books to the participants, encouraging them to continuously absorb the essence of knowledge and build a bridge of growth.
三位工作室学员代表分享学习体会。熊一蓉老师感谢学校和导师为青年教师搭建成长平台，并表示会积极探索与成员共同合作为学生，为学校做出更好的服务。李佳璐老师提出每一位老师都是学习者、探索者。在接下去的日子里坚定信念，开拓更为广阔的数学教学之旅。周梦蕾老师作为新手班主任表示会在孟娜老师耐心引领下积极成长，用更坚定的信念朝着优秀的班主任靠拢。
Three studio participants shared their learning experiences. Teacher Xiong Yirong expressed gratitude to the school and mentors for providing a growth platform for young teachers and stated that she would actively explore and cooperate with members to better serve the students and the school. Teacher Li Jialu mentioned that every teacher is a learner and an explorer. She is determined to continue her journey of exploring broader horizons in mathematics education. Teacher Zhou Menglei, a new class advisor, said she would grow under the patient guidance of Mentor Meng Na and move steadily toward becoming an excellent class advisor.
陈民仙校长更是对每一位成员提出了殷殷嘱托，她表示加入三名工作室对每位老师都有十分重要的意义：是多了一个身份，更是多了一份责任。导师要通过教、引、导帮助学员更好成长。学员学会承担与奉献；多了一个锻炼的机会，也将收获一份成长。在德育、学科、管理等多方面育好人，锻炼自己做好各方面的研究，提升好自身的素养。
Principal Chen Minxian gave heartfelt advice to every participant, stating that joining the "Experts Studio" holds great significance for every teacher. This experience offers more opportunities for growth, and all the participants will gain personal development in return.
活动最后，导师们带领学员们分组进行了工作室研修计划的解读，为学员们进一步明晰了研修的要求与预期的成效。
At the end of the event, the mentors led the participants in groups to interpret the studio’s research plan, further clarifying the research requirements and expected outcomes.
学校三名工作室的成立，让老师们能结交到更多的同行者、引领者、探索者。期待每位老师能够在这个精彩的世界中找到自己的道路，并享受每一步带来的成长和满足。
