HWFL第十一届运动会
金秋十月，丹桂飘香。10月17日至18日，杭州上海世外学校的校园里不时的传来阵阵欢呼声，加油声，呐喊助威声此起彼伏。HWFL第十一届运动会正如火如荼地举行。
From October 17th to 18th, Hangzhou Shanghai World Foreign Language School held its 11th Sports Day.

运动会开幕式
开幕式上，彩旗飘扬。各个班级方阵身着整齐的服装，迈着昂扬的步伐，依次走过主席台，节目精彩纷呈。《红星闪闪》、《西游记》马术表演、Balls四球挑战赛......现场的掌声一浪高过一浪，让我们一起去感受一番吧！
At the opening ceremony, flags fluttered in the wind. Class teams, dressed in neat uniforms, marched past the podium with confident strides, showcasing an array of spectacular performances.

径赛场
径赛场上，运动员们如离弦之箭，奋勇向前。100 米、400米、800米，运动员们挥洒汗水，顽强拼搏，风一般的少年用青春和力量诠释体育的“快乐”。
On the track, athletes sprinted like arrows released from a bow, racing forward with determination. In the 100 meters, 400 meters, and 800 meters events, athletes gave their all, sweating and battling with resilience.

田赛场
田赛场地同样精彩不断。跳高运动员们身轻如燕，一次次挑战着新的高度；跳远运动员们动作流畅，一次次挑战自己的极限；垒球运动员们奋力投掷，为班级赢得一次又一次的荣誉。
The field events were equally thrilling. High jump athletes continuously pushed the bar higher; long jump athletes performed with fluid movements, striving to break their own limits; and softball throwers tried their best to win honor for their classes.
这两天，我们见证了速度与力量的较量，见证了汗水与泪水的交织，每一次冲刺，每一次跳跃，都凝聚着运动员们的心血和汗水。相信在今后的学习和生活中，我们定会继续发扬团结协作、奋勇拼搏的精神，为祖国的繁荣富强贡献自己的力量。
Over these two days, we witnessed the contest of speed and strength, the intertwining of sweat and tears. We believe that in the future, whether in studies or life, we will continue to uphold the spirit of unity, cooperation, and courageous perseverance, contributing to the prosperity and strength of our motherland.
