助力教师队伍建设
为进一步激发学校校本研修在建设高素质教师队伍方面的活力与潜能,充分发挥我校骨干教师的示范引领作用,10月9日下午,学校师训部门组织全体带教导师开展了师徒带教阶段性交流会。
On the afternoon of October 9, the school's teacher training department organized a mentor-mentee exchange meeting.会议伊始,夏校长重申导师带教的基本职责与规范,同时还指出师徒带教作为学校教师队伍建设的典型举措,具有传帮带的重要意义。
At the beginning of the meeting, Principal Xia reiterated the basic responsibilities and norms of the mentoring program, and emphasized that the mentor-mentee program carries great importance in fostering and guiding growth.紧接着,导师代表们分享了自己的带教过程中的心得与宝贵经验。蔡金华导师表示“带教的过程是度人也是度己”,并强调作为师父,更要以身作则,通过师徒互听互评促进教学相长。张园导师表示“唯有热爱,方可致远”,并从“用心”和“努力”两个方面对于学生内驱力、用心批改作业、与家长沟通等方面的重要作用。陈娟韦导师则从体育学科的站位出发,阐述了保持热爱、注重理论与实践的重要性。俞婷导师作为班主任导师代表,聚焦于新手班主任的成长历程,分享和徒弟之间保持紧密的联系与流畅的沟通的好做法。
最后,陈校长对全体带教导师强调导师带教工作的责任与深远的意义,并提出三个“一”的希望,即做一次徒弟情况分析、制定一个规划与方案、提出一个带教策略,并养成每天与徒弟交流、听课说课、检查作业批改以及反思的习惯。
Finally, Principal Chen stressed the responsibility and profound significance of mentoring, and put forward three hopes for all mentors: to conduct an analysis of their mentees' situation, formulate a plan and strategy, and propose a mentoring approach. She also encouraged mentors to develop the habit of daily communication with their mentees, observing and discussing lessons, checking assignments, and reflecting on the process.此次导师带教工作的阶段性交流会再一次明确了带教要求,启发了带教思路,更体现了学校对全体导师们深深的嘱托与希冀。相信在各位优秀导师的示范引领下,学校的教师队伍建设工作将不断在传承中创新,为教育事业注入源源不断的活力。
