历史
潮州剪纸的历史可以追溯到古代，其起源与中原人口的南迁有着密切的关系。秦汉时期，随着中原人口的南迁，中原的民间剪纸艺术也被带到了潮汕地区。宋代以后，潮汕民间开始出现了喜花、礼花、门花等类型的剪纸，这些剪纸被广泛应用于喜庆之事及门庭装饰。
