9月23日，常州市新北区龙虎塘实验小学顾惠芬校长及其团队、美国芝加哥洛约拉大学教育学院教授Guofang Wan、新西兰奥克兰大学教育与社会工作学院教授兼新西兰政府首席教育顾问Stuart McNaughton来到常州外国语附属双语学校，围绕“校家社共育”主题进行国际教育现场交流。
On September 23, Ms. Gu Huifen, Principal of Longhutang Experimental Primary School in Xinbei District, along with her team, Ms. Guofang Wan, a professor from Education Faculty of Loyola University Chicago, USA and Mr. Stuart McNaughton, a professor from Faculty of Education and Social Work, University of Auckland & the Chief Education Adviser of New Zealand Government, visited Changwai Bilingual School and conducted an International educational exchange on the theme of "Co-Education of School, Family and Community".

Entering the Unique Campus of CBS在李亚男校长的陪同下，专家们徜徉在校园，感受国际教育的独特魅力。他们走进课堂，与中外教交流，聆听教师们的教育理念；与学生对话，感受孩子们的蓬勃与自信。无论是校园环境，还是人文氛围，在这里，专家们真正感受到了本土与世界的教育融合。
Accompanied by Principal Nancy Lee, the experts walked on the campus and experienced the unique charm of CBS education. They entered the classrooms, communicated with Chinese and international teachers, listened to teachers' educational concepts. They talked to students and felt the vitality and confidence of them. No matter the campus environment or the cultural atmosphere, the experts truly felt the integration of local and world education in our school.

The International Exchange of Co-Education
李校长向专家们作了题为《立足本土 放眼世界》的专题报告，从学校办学特色着手，详细介绍了各学部IB课程的实施情况，并深度阐释了学校全球化的办学理念。在创设多元包容、终身学习、全面发展的学习社区的理念引领下，学校开设了跨学科学习、社区设计等一系列学习活动。李校长一个个鲜活的学习案例向专家们生动诠释了常外双语的国际化教育探索以及校家社共育下学生成长的无限可能。最后，教授们与与会教师就学段衔接等问题作了深入探讨。
Principal Nancy Lee delivered a presentation entitled "Think Globally & Act Locally" to the experts. Starting from introduction of school characteristics, she elaborated in details on the implementation of the IB curriculum in each department and deeply explained the school concepts of globalization. Under the school vision of creating a learning community of diversity, inclusiveness, lifelong learning and comprehensive development, we had launched a series of learning activities such as interdisciplinary learning and community project. Principal Nancy Lee also illustrated some good cases on International Education Exploring in CBS, presenting the potentials of students’ growth under the co-education from school, family and community. Finally, the professors had in-depth discussions with the attending teachers on issues such as the transition of learning stages.
