在这个硕果累累、丹桂飘香的季节，CBS迎来了其备受瞩目的10月份月度集会。本次月度集会以“融汇全球文化，共筑洲际盛景”为主题，旨在激励全校师生积极探索多元文化的魅力。
In this fruitful and fragrant season, CBS ushered in its highly anticipated monthly assembly in October. The theme of this monthly gathering is "Celebrate Diversity And Build A Better World", aiming at encouraging all teachers and students to actively explore the charm of multiculturalism.
集会由十一年级王知鱼和卞璟湉两位同学主持，他们首先向到场的师生表示了热烈的欢迎，并强调了本次集会的意义。
The assembly is hosted by Colin Wang and Bryna Bian from G11. They first extended a warm welcome to the teachers and students present and emphasized the significance of this assembly.
本次集会的第一个环节，是激动人心的“本月之星”颁奖环节。小学部：G1B 李嘉慧、G2A 李辰婕、G3B 卢美慧、G4B Nita、G5B 胡知末；初中部：G6B 周徐吉祥、G7A 徐嘉忆、G8B 谢宇灏、G9A 谈千瑀；高中部：G11A 卞璟湉、G11B 周泯睿、G11C 吕秋硕、G11D 杨嘉扬和DP1王思雅等同学，因在学习、品德、体育等方面的杰出表现，被授予了“本月之星”的荣誉称号。执行校长李亚男女士，为以上获奖同学颁发奖杯。
The first part of this gathering is the exciting "Star of the Month" award. PYP G1B Gaia, G2A Chenchen, G3B Grace, G4B Nita, G5B Zemo, G6B Castle、G7A Lisa, G8B Jason, G9A Amanda; G11A Bryna, G11B Benson, G11C Gordon, G11D Dora and DP1 Dorothy were awarded the honorary title of "Star of the Month" for their outstanding performance in study, morality and sports. Ms. Nancy, the Executive Principal of CBS, presented trophies to these students.
接下来，就是一直备受期待的“少年说月度分享”环节。本次分享的主题是“Small Steps, Big Change”，这个主题由小学部的Ms. Christy发起，由小学部的学生联同学前部大班小朋友一起，为我们形象展示了联合国可持续发展17个目标。它提醒我们，每一个微小的努力，都可能带来深远的影响。
Next, it is the long-awaited "Teens Talk" . The theme of this sharing is "Small Steps, Big Change", which was initiated by PYP teacher Ms. Christy. Together students from PYP and foundation，they vividly demonstrated the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations for us. It reminds us that every tiny effort may bring far-reaching impacts.
最后，主持人宣布了国际文化周的活动预告。这是 CBS 的传统活动之一，在这个活动中，我们可以深入了解不同国家的文化，感受世界各地的风土人情。以下是各学部的活动预告：学前部：“小小旅行者的世界探险”，美食市集配全球游戏，带你舌尖旅行，游戏间感受文化碰撞。小学部：“同一个世界，不同的声音”节目表演，聆听多元文化的和谐交响，感受艺术的无限魅力。初中部：“东西方文化大碰撞”，法系大碰撞尤为瞩目，深度挖掘东西方文化精髓，碰撞出智慧火花。高中部：“只为更好的明天”，联合国圆桌会议邀你共商全球议题，为美好明天发声。
Finally, the host announced the preview of the International Culture Week. This is one of the traditional activities of CBS. In this activity, we can deeply understand the cultures of different countries and feel the local customs around the world. The following is the preview of the activities of each department, Foundation: "World Adventure of Little Traveler", food market with global games, taking you to travel with the tip of your tongue, and feeling the cultural collision between games. PYP: "One World, Different Voices" program performance, listening to the harmonious symphony of multiculturalism and feeling the infinite charm of art. MYP: "The great collision between eastern and western cultures", especially the great collision of legal system, deeply digs into the essence of eastern and western cultures and collides with sparks of wisdom. HS: "Only for a better tomorrow", the United Nations round table invites you to discuss global issues and speak for a better tomorrow.
