大家早上好!我是G5A班Tracy的妈妈,今天特别开心能和Tracy一起,来和大家聊聊“合理生活,健康学习”这个话题。
Good Morning! I'm Tracy from Class G5A, and I'm very happy to be here today with my mom to talk about "Balanced Living, Healthy Learning."
同学们,你们知道吗?要想在学习上取得好成绩,其实离不开健康的生活方式和良好的心态。首先,合理的生活作息是超级重要的。想象一下,如果晚上熬夜到很晚,第二天是不是就会感觉特别累,连最喜欢的数学课都提不起劲来呢?所以,我们要保证每天有足够的睡眠,早睡早起,这样第二天才能精神饱满地迎接新的挑战。
Did you know that getting good grades depends on having a healthy lifestyle and a happy mind? First, it’s really important to have a balanced daily routine. If you stay up late at night, you might feel tired the next day and have a hard time enjoying your favorite math class. So, we should go to bed early and wake up feeling good. This way, we can face new challenges with energy.
当然啦,学习虽然重要,但也不能忘了给自己放松放松。当你们感到学习压力大的时候,不妨找些让自己开心的事情做做,比如画一幅画,或者和朋友们一起踢踢球。这些看似简单的小活动,其实能让你们的心情变得更好,也能帮助你们更好地应对学习中的困难。
Studying is important, but we also need to relax. When school feels stressful, try doing something fun, like drawing or playing soccer with friends. These simple activities can make you feel better and help you handle learning challenges.
还有哦,别忘了和家人、朋友们多交流。和家人一起分享学习中的趣事,和朋友们一起讨论难题,这些都能让你们感受到温暖和支持,也能让你们更加珍惜彼此之间的友谊。
Also, remember to talk more with your family and friends. Sharing funny stories about school with your family and discussing tough problems with friends can make you feel supported and strengthen your friendships.

今天我们站在这里想要与大家分享一个我们每个人都需要面对的话题——合理安排时间,养成健康生活。首先让我们一起来看一段视频。

那如何才能做到呢?首先,时间对于每一个人都是公平的,关键在于如何使用。我们要珍惜时间,以认真积极的态度去规划每一天。
How to achieve better at time-management? To begin with, everyone has the same amount of time, so the key lies in how to make use of it. We should cherish the time we have by planing every single day attentively.
其次,制定合理计划是管理时间的关键。根据自身实际劳逸结合地列出学习任务清单,这样才能高效学习。
Then, we may make a to-do list on the basis of our real workload. But don’t forget to spare some time for a rest. Work and rest combined always contribute to high efficiency.
再者,培养健康的生活习惯也是合理安排时间的重要组成部分。早睡早起、规律饮食、适量运动,才能保持充沛的精力,更好地投入到学习和生活中。
Thirdly, leading a healthy life style is also part of your time-management skills. Having a regular timetable, eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, all will make you energetic, which will enhance your attention when you employ the energy you saved in study.
最后,学会调整心态,及时释放压力,遇到困难寻求帮助。用健康的心态,从容面对生活的挑战。
Last, learn to adjust your mindset and find an outlet for your pressure when facing difficulties. A positive mindset will help you survive all the challenges in your life.
期中考试即将来临,复习备考压力增大。在这里有几点建议送给大家:
As Mid-term exams are approaching, everyday the tasks are up to neck. Pressure spreads exponentially. Here are some tips for you:
首先要明确目标。确定重点复习科目与必掌握知识点。让复习更有方向感。
To begin with, set a clear short-run goal. Tilt the balance between subjects, lay more of your time on the main subjects and key points.
接下来,制定详细的学习计划。将剩余的时间分成若干个小段,每个时间段内专注于一项复习任务。比如,可以将早晨头脑清醒的时候用来攻克难点,下午用来做题练习,晚上则可以整理笔记或进行知识点回顾。
Secondly, develop a detailed study plan. Divide the remaining time into several segments, with each period dedicated to a specific task. For instance, use the early morning to tackle difficult points, the afternoon for exercises, and the evening for organizing notes or reviewing key points. By doing it this way, your review work will be more effective and efficient.
同时,合理安排作息。早睡早起,不熬夜,保障第二天的精神面貌。此外,适当的运动可以缓解压力,提高效率。另外,我们还要均衡膳食,保证身体活力,使大脑处于最佳状态。
Thirdly, make full use of your daytime in an ordered way. Focus each section of your timetable on one task until it was overcome before moving to the next. After that, it’ the time for exercising and rest to help your neuron cells refresh for another busy day.
最后,要学会自我激励。当完成任务后,适当地奖励自己,这样不仅可以增加复习乐趣,也能提高学习的积极性。
Not least, reward yourself each time a little problem was solved, or a tiny improvement was made. Often say ‘Yes, I can' or ‘My hard work deserves it’ to yourself! This is a good method to make you all set for any challenge popping up along the way.
