有时候写一篇续写是一种缘分。
原本的更新计划，是继续写教学设计系列。
结果在写完反思（上下）后，有高三的小朋友发给了我她/他们这次参加九师联盟考试的答题卡作文部分。
我在给他们点评的过程中，第一次读到了这篇续写。
然后在最后给其中一个小朋友修改结尾语言时，我即兴写了这么一句，“Better late than never, we got home, safe and sound. Never would I have imagined the wrong place to stop could turn the tedious drive into a joyful ride.” 以此作为对原文剧情的呼应和升华。
点评完后，我觉得这篇续写还挺有意思的，就决定自己动笔写一下。
其实结尾我已经基本确定要用上面这句话了，但是剧情还需要构思。
中午休息的时候，我在练习呼吸，然后大脑里漫无边际地想着这篇续写，从上一篇题目 “蚊”歌起舞，想到“与‘蚊’共舞”，又想到自己半夜起来打蚊子的画面，遂有了今天的题目“于无声处听惊雷”。
继续让思绪散开，我突然想到为什么不在作文中用上dance这个词去形容蚊子飞舞的场景呢？
然后我在手机备忘录上写下了mosquitoes danced to its demise. 计划用它作第一段的结尾。然后我又想，这样和最上面joyous ride 又不押韵了，所以又加了一句 that's the wonder of life. 计划将其放在第二段结尾。
就这样一点点，东拼西凑，我先想好了两段话的结尾，后来才思考中间的剧情。

下面是我的续写尝试
Para 1: I started the car and my family started to fight against the mosquitoes.
As we drove back onto the state highway, the laughter of my children mixed with the sound of their slapping hands filled the air. “Got one!” Amy shouted, her triumph ringing out over the night. Jon, taking a cue from his sister, raised his tiny fist in victory, “I got a big one, Dad!” I glanced in the rearview mirror; both girls were swatting at the air like experienced warriors in a battle, while Jon, in his little world, misidentified everything as "monsters." In this chaotic symphony of survival, the buzzing intruders danced to their demise.
Para 2: As their voices of victory continued, I became totally alert.
Adrenaline pumped through my veins, pushing away the fatigue. Meanwhile, Jeannie, trying to catch a mosquito that had dashed into her personal space, laughed, “This is way more fun than we expected, huh?” Suddenly, Jennifer exclaimed, “Mom and Dad, I think we got them all!” Then, the atmosphere shifted. Soaking in the camaraderie of this unexpected insect hunt, I smiled at my lively, beautiful crew, “How about some music to celebrate?” The kids cheered in unison. Who could have thought the wrong place to stop would turn a tedious drive into a joyous ride? I supposed, that’s the wonder of life.
