中秋佳节来临之际，我校外籍教师Mr. Garcia, Mr. Emin, Ms. Carla and Ms. Anna受邀参加了新北区商务局主办的“月见山海，味美新北”外国友人学做常州菜活动。
As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, our school's foreign teachers, Mr. Garcia, Mr. Emin, Ms. Carla, and Ms. Anna, were invited to participate in the "Moon Meets Mountains and Seas, Delicious Xinbei" foreign friends learning to make Changzhou cuisine event hosted by the Xinbei District Commerce Bureau.
在常州旅游商贸高等职业技术学校的活动现场，经过老师的悉心指导，外教们边学边做，相互鼓励，体验了中式菜肴的制作。
At the event site of Changzhou Technical Institute of Tourism & Commerce School, with the careful guidance of the teachers, the foreign teachers learned while cooking, encouraged each other, and experienced the preparation of Changzhou cuisine.
老师们做出的菜品收获了“最佳呈现奖”、“最佳口味奖”等殊荣，Mr. Garcia 还获得了“常州菜推广大使”这一光荣称号。
The dishes made by the teachers have won honors such as "Best Presentation Award" and "Best Taste Award," and Mr. Garcia has also been awarded the honorable title of "Changzhou Cuisine Promotion Ambassador."
以美食为媒，以文化为桥，大家深切体会到了常州独特的烹饪艺术和美食文化，不但增加了一项有趣且实用的技能，同时也加深了对常州美食文化的兴趣和了解。
Through food as a medium and culture as a bridge, everyone deeply experienced Changzhou's unique culinary arts and culinary culture, which not only added an interesting and practical skill but also deepened their interest and understanding of Changzhou's culinary culture.供稿 | 刘 帅
