原标题：Oral compound nevus: an unusual presentation
患者，男，65岁。因口内出现病变前来就诊。口内检查发现上颌腭侧及唇侧牙龈上有轻微的病变隆起，病变呈蓝黑色，病变相互连接，病变范围累及唇侧牙龈、口腔前庭及硬腭（图1）。病变无压痛，无法被刮除，触诊时表面粗糙。组织病理学报告显示该病变为具有表皮痣细胞和底层真皮结缔组织的复合痣。
A 65-year-old man presented with a bluish-black coloured interconnected lesion in his oral cavity involving the labial gingiva and vestibule and hard palate. [Figure - 1] Slight lesional elevation was noted on the palatal and labial gingiva, blending with adjacent mucosa in labial vestibule. It was nontender, could not be scraped off and the surface was rough on palpation. Histopathological report revealed a compound nevus with epidermal nevus cells and underlying dermal connective tissue.

复合痣的口内病变很少见，通常呈小斑疹（通常小于2-3毫米）。这种病变广泛分部的表现是一个显著的特征。
Intraoral lesions of compound nevi are rare and occur as small macules (usually <2–3 mm). The widespread presentation of this lesion is a notable characteristic.
