2024年9月10日，第40个教师节，阳光明朗，无锡市协和双语学校门口，校合唱团的孩子们在高歌低吟，校管弦乐团的孩子们则用悠扬的琴声迎接着师生们的入校。学校用简单而温情的仪式感，祝每一位老师教师节日快乐。
On September 10, 2024, the 40th Teachers' Day, with the sun shining brightly, at the entrance of Wuxi United International School, the children of the school choir sang loudly and softly, while the children of the school orchestra greeted the teachers and students with melodious music as they entered the school.The school used a simple but warm sense of ritual to wish every teacher a happy festival.
上午，无锡翠屏山旅游度假区管理办公室副主任许元、张迪秋，锡东新城商务区管委会建设局副局长袁廷朋一行来到学校，慰问辛勤耕耘的中外教师。学校联合校长孟晓东、林旭、Dr. Max Caruso，副校长周祖裕、园长竺健热情接待了来访者，并对商务区长久以来的关心与大力支持表达了由衷的感谢。
座谈会上，学校领导层就学校的最新动态、师资力量的提升以及未来的教育方向做了详尽汇报，特别提到，今年学校通过大力引进优秀中外教师，进一步提升了整体教学质量，以保证学校在未来教育变革中持续保持竞争力。此外，学校今年正式启动了“双导师”制教师培养机制，为教师提供丰富的教学资源和多样的培训机会，力求让每一位教师都成为具备创新精神和跨文化能力的“教育先锋”。
许主任代表商务区向全体教师送上节日的问候，并对学校在过去一年的努力表示肯定。他指出，随着教育全球化的不断深入，无锡协和始终走在时代前沿，不仅持续扩大教师队伍，优化师资结构，还不断丰富优化国际化课程，精准把握教育未来的发展趋势。

In the morning, Xu Yuan and Zhang Diqiu, Deputy Directors of the Management Office of Wuxi Cuipingshan Tourist Resort, and Yuan Tingpeng, Deputy Director of the Construction Bureau of Xidong Business District Management Committee, visited the school to express their regards to the diligent Chinese and foreign teachers. Meng Xiaodong, Lin Xu, and Dr. Max Caruso, Co-Presidents of the school, as well as Vice President Zhou Zuyu and Kindergarten Director Zhu Jian, warmly received the visitors and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the long-term concern and vigorous support of the business district.
