庭审旁听的案件是真实发生的吗？我们真的能去现场旁听庭审吗？

法院开庭到底是什么样子的呢？
What does a court session really look like?
被告人是如何走上违法犯罪道路的？法官又会如何判决呢？
How does the defendant get onto the path of illegal activities? How will they judge the case?
为加强法治教育，培养学生的法治意识和社会责任感，我校近日组织了一次别开生面的教育活动--带领九年级和十年级学生一起前往无锡市锡山区人民法院，“零距离”亲身体验庭审过程。
To strengthen legal education and cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law and social responsibility, our school recently organized a unique educational activity—leading the ninth and tenth graders to the People's Court of Xishan District in Wuxi City to experience the whole court trial process.
旁听庭审，对学生而言，是一次“零距离”的司法体验。在审判长的主持下，庭审正式开始。法庭调查、法庭辩论、最后陈述等环节紧密衔接，整个庭审秩序井然，过程流畅，程序规范。同学们亲眼见证了真实规范的法庭审判，意识到公民对审判工作有真实的知情权、参与权和监督权，也深刻感受到司法审判的严肃、专业和公正。
Attending the court trial was a "zero distance" judicial experience for the students. The chief judge presided over the public court trial. All the judicial procedures, including court investigation, court debate and final statement, were closely connected. Meanwhile, the entire session was orderly, smooth and standardized. Students witnessed a real, regulated court proceeding and realized that citizens have genuine rights to know, participate, and supervise the judicial work. They also profoundly felt the seriousness, professionalism, and commitment to justice in judicial proceedings.
旁听庭审，对学生而言，亦是一次“面对面”的以案释法。该庭审案件是一起刑事案件。案件中，被告人和被害人因在麻将室发生口角争执而升级成肢体暴力冲突，造成被害人身体受伤。审判长在庭审教育环节也分享到，遇事要冷静，不要一直升级矛盾冲突，造成难以挽回的恶果。同时，要珍视他人生命健康，做事多理性考虑事情后果和自己的家人。
Attending the court trial was also a "face-to-face" demonstration of law through the actual case for the students. The case being tried was a criminal case where both parties escalated from verbal disputes to physical violence in a mahjong room, resulting in physical injuries. During the trial education procedure, the chief judge shared that it's important to remain calm in conflicts and not to escalate the minor issues, as it can lead to irreparable consequences. Additionally, we should cherish others' lives and physical health, and consider the consequences rationally.
旁听庭审，对学生而言，更是一次“沉浸式”的警示教育。庭审过程中，同学们认真倾听，并及时做笔记，收获颇多。他们纷纷这样说：
Attending a court trial was further an "immersive" warning education for the students. Throughout the trial, students listened attentively and took notes actively. They benefited a lot from this unforgettable experience. They shared their thoughts as follow.

这一次庭审旁听，令我印象深刻。我深刻认识到遇到事情一定不能冲动。同时，我意识到了中国法律和审判的严谨和公正。
This experience impressed me a lot. I realized the importance of not being impulsive in situations. I also recognized the rigor and fairness of Chinese law and judgements.

被告人伤害他人的行为,侵犯了他人的生命健康权。公平的判决有利于维护社会的安全和秩序，保障公民的基本权利。我同时也认识到法律是保障公平的最后一道防线。每个公民都应当遵守法律。
The person involved in this case infringed upon the health and life rights of others. Fair judgements helped maintain social safety and order, protecting basic rights of citizens. I also realized that the law could safeguards fairness to the greatest extent. Every citizen should abide by the law.

陈同学
最令我印象深刻的是法庭辩论环节，各方围绕重要争议焦点，充分发表辩论意见，表达清晰明确、逻辑合理严密。这个环节对司法公正非常重要。
What impressed me most was the court debate, in which each party fully expressed their opinions on key dispute points clearly and logically. This was of great importance to judicial justice.

这次经历让我深刻认识到，应远离赌博，同时也要珍爱他人生命。
This experience made me realize the importance of staying away from gambling and cherishing others' lives.

被告人早早进入社会，在成长的过程中，错失了老师和家人的及时引导和教导，最后误入歧途。我们应珍惜教育机会，好好学习。
The person involved in this case entered society early and missed timely guidance from teachers and family during his growth, eventually leading him to the wrong way. We should cherish our learning chance and study hard.

滕同学
赌博引纷争，冲动成恶魔。法律昭彰，当戒赌制怒，守安宁。
Gambling invited disputes and impulse became destructive. The law guided that we must stay far away from gambling and restrained anger to maintain the peace of our society.
活动总结
法治是社会和谐发展的基石，而青少年正是未来社会的栋梁。此次庭审旁听活动，对作为青少年的学生来说是一次生动的普法公开课，有利于推动青少年把法治观念根植于心、践之于行。
The rule of law is the foundation of social harmonious development, and the students are the pillars of our future society. This court observation activity serves as a vivid open lesson for students, which helps to make the concept of the rule of law take root theoretically and practically.
