为进一步推进我园与集团课程同步实施，保障各部门工作精细化管理，无锡市协和幼儿园于11月14日迎来了协和教育集团学前部的专项视导。
In order to further promote the synchronous implementation of the kindergarten and the curriculum group, to ensure refined management work for each department, Wuxi Xiehe Kindergarten welcomed the special inspection of the Preschool Department from Xiehe Education Group last November 14.
视导组一行由协和教育中心副主席赵霞、协和教育中心质量评估院副院长法勇青带队，在相关条线负责人陪同下，对管理组、保教组和保健组进行了校园环境巡视，半日活动观摩，园务、保教工作资料查阅等工作。
The inspection team was led by Ms. Zhao Xia, Vice Chairman of the Xiehe Education Center, and Fa Yongqing, Vice President of the Quality Assessment Institute of the Xiehe Education Center. Accompanied by the line managers, the inspection team was divided into: management group, education group, and health care group to inspect the campus environment. Inspections, half-day activity observation, kindergarten affairs, childcare work information review, etc.
管理组成员在竺健园长的陪同下首先对幼儿园暑期环境提升工程和户外游戏环境改造成果进行了巡视，并对园所给予幼儿充分的游戏空间和材料给予了高度评价。
Accompanied by Principal Jane Zhu, members of the management team first inspected the kindergarten's summer environment improvement project and outdoor play environment renovation results, and spoke highly of the kindergarten's provision of sufficient play areas and materials for children.
保教组深入各班级观察半日活动，通过生活、运动、游戏、学习四大版块了解幼儿一日生活和保教人员的活动组织、实施、三位一体配合等情况，充分感受了幼儿园良好的师幼互动氛围和孩子们自主活动的愉悦感与创造力。
The childcare team went deep into each class to observe the half-day activities. Through the four major sections of life, sports, games, and learning, they learned about the children's daily life and the organization, implementation, and three-in-one cooperation of the childcare staff. They fully experienced the good teacher-child interaction atmosphere and the joy and creativity of children’s independent activities.
保健组实地观察了营养员、保育员和保健员的日常操作流程，通过现场交流肯定了后勤团队在繁杂日常工作中对规范化、精细化的坚守。
The health care team observed the daily operation procedures of health workers, childcare workers and nutritionists on the spot, and through on-site communication, they affirmed the logistics team's persistence in standardization and refinement in complex daily work.
视导组成员根据半日巡视观察，分小组进行讨论、分析、汇总，在形成各组视导报告后，向校、园长反馈视导情况。视导组高度肯定了我园现阶段的各项工作，同时也提出了下一阶段指导性的建议。我园将以此视导为契机，持续更新理念，精细管理，不断提升幼儿园保教质量和家园共育机制，让协和宝贝们在爱的呵护下健康快乐地成长！
Based on the half-day inspection and observation, members of the inspection team were divided into groups to discuss, analyze, and summarize. After forming inspection reports for each group, they provided feedback about the result of the inspection to the school and principal. The inspection team highly affirmed the current work of our kindergarten and also put forward guiding suggestions for the next stage. Our kindergarten will take this vision as an opportunity to continuously update its concepts, broaden its horizons, conduct precise management, further improve the quality of kindergarten care and education and the home-based co-education mechanism, and comprehensively promote the healthy and happy growth of children!
