本次展示课，涉及语文、英语、数学、科学、历史和体育6门课程，共10名成熟型教师为我们展现了精彩纷呈的常规课。老师们将自己对教学理念，教学艺术，教学风格的追求贯穿在自己的教学中。学校领导高度重视、全程参与，各学科教师积极参与听课观摩。
The demonstration classes included six subjects: Chinese, English, Mathematics, Science, History, and Physical Education, with ten experienced teachers showcasing their excellent regular lessons. The teachers integrated their pursuits of educational philosophy, teaching artistry, and teaching style into their instruction. School leaders placed great emphasis on the event, participating throughout, while teachers from various subjects actively attended the classes.
“学然后知不足，教然后知困。”本次成熟教师展示课活动既为教师搭建了一个挖掘潜能、展现风采、超越自我的平台，也为其他老师创设了观摩学习、博采众长、钻研探讨的互动机会。在今后的教学管理中，学校将继续以打造高效课堂为导向，让新的教学理念、新的教学方法尽快渗透到各个学科，为更好地提升学校的教学质量和内涵发展而奋斗！
"Learning leads to awareness of inadequacies; teaching leads to recognition of challenges." This demonstration activity not only provided a platform for teachers to discover their potential, showcase their talents, and surpass themselves, but also created opportunities for other teachers to observe, learn, and engage in collaborative discussions. In future teaching management, the school will continue to focus on creating efficient classrooms, ensuring that new educational philosophies and methods are quickly integrated across all subjects, and striving to enhance the quality of education and the development of the school's core values.
