为了进一步增强学校师生的安全意识和急救能力，无锡市协和双语学校于11月18日在学校大剧院成功举办了一场急救培训活动。此次培训龙天应急救援队提供，吸引了众多师生积极参与。
To further enhance the safety awareness and first-aid capabilities of teachers and students, Wuxi United International School successfully organized a first-aid training activity in the school's grand theater on November 18. The training provided by the Loong Sky Rescue Team drew the active participation of numerous teachers and students.
培训开始，来自无锡龙天守护救援队理事长谢正老师为师生们带来了精彩的急救知识讲座。谢老师通过生动的案例、详细的解说和现场演示，向师生们传授了心肺复苏（CPR）、止血、包扎、气道异物梗阻处理等急救技能。师生们听得津津有味，纷纷表示受益匪浅。
Mr. Xie, Director of Loong Sky Rescue Team, delivered splendid lectures on first aid knowledge to the teachers and students. Through vivid cases, detailed explanations and live demonstrations, he imparted first aid skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), hemostasis, bandaging, and treatment of airway obstruction to the teachers and students. The teachers and students listened with keen interest and reaped substantial benefits.
在理论讲解之后，培训进入了实操环节。讲师们分组指导师生进行实操练习，确保每位参与者都能熟练掌握急救技能。师生们积极参与，认真练习，现场气氛热烈而有序。
After the theoretical elaboration, the training entered the practical operation phase. The instructors guided the teachers and students through practical exercises in groups to ensure that each participant became proficient in first aid skills. Teachers and students actively engaged in the practice, and the atmosphere was warm and orderly.
经过紧张学习和实践，师生们纷纷表示收获颇丰。他们不仅掌握了基本的急救技能，还增强了安全意识和自救互救能力。此次急救培训活动的成功举办，为校园安全筑起了一道坚实的防线。
After intense study and practice, the teachers and students unanimously stated that they had gained a great deal. They not only mastered basic first aid skills but also enhanced their safety awareness and self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities. The successful organization of this first aid training activity has erected a solid defense line for campus safety.
