It's really good to start a meditation with bringing awareness to your body like a body scan

Feeling your feet on the ground

your seat on the chair.

Your belly open.

Because what we offer our trials is space, is gentleness, is acceptance.

But now, let's give yourself those qualities.

It's a very good daily practice.

Let's send kindness into this whole room from your heart.

It's just that you imagine sending out rays of energy from your heart.

Let's start by sending love to other people.

And internally say the words to yourself.

And that's the message you want to send to your clients.

Turn that message towards yourself now.

So important to complete things in our past, so we don't have to carry them like baggage into the future.
