experimental intermediate-range hypersonic missile, AFP reported, citing

on Nov. 21, Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile from Astrakhan

Defense Express analysts stated
that by launching an intercontinental ballistic missile at Ukraine for the

Ukrainska Pravda, citing its sources, reported that the Russian forces likely
used an RS-26 Rubezh intermediate-range intercontinental ballistic missile in

Later, Reuters, citing Western
officials, indicated that Western countries had not confirmed the use of an

Russian President Vladimir Putin,
in an evening video address, stated that Russian forces had attacked Dnipro

Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry noted
that Ukraine’s defense forces had previously conducted long-range strikes on
