457. This agreement is drawn up separately in Chinese and in English. Each party holds one original and one duplicate of each language. The two languages are of the same effect. 该协议分别用中文和英文拟定，每一方持有每种语言的一份正本和一份副本，两种语言具有相同的法律效力。
