志愿服务，是一种无私的奉献，更是一种爱的传递。在校园里，家长志愿者们用自己的行动诠释责任与担当，与学校共同为孩子们营造良好的家校共育氛围。
新学年，宏外家长志愿服务队吸纳了更多的新生力量参与到家校共育中，凝聚更强的家校合力。为继续研磨志愿服务技能、提升志愿服务水平，增进团队凝聚力和提高整体服务能力，让志愿之舰继续乘风航行，宏远外国语学校于2024年10月16日召开了全体志愿者培训大会。
Volunteer service is not only a selfless act of dedication, but also a transmission of love. We, as parent volunteers, demonstrate our responsibility and accountability through our actions，working together with the school to create a genuine atmosphere of home school co-education for our children.
To enhance the effectiveness of our home school co-education program, our parent volunteer service team has absorbed more new volunteers and gathered into a more solid force of home school cooperation. We have successfully held a training conference for all volunteers on October 16, 2024, in order to continue improving our volunteer service skills and levels, and enhancing the team cohesion.
志愿始于心，奉献在于行
Selfless dedication is the soul of the spirit of volunteerism.
宏外志愿服务队聚集的所有家长，始于为爱行动，希望言传身教塑造孩子的人生观，始于自我实现，希望以已之力影响环境练就自己，他们持之以恒的行动让志愿之舰远航。
孙国福站长在致辞中高度肯定了宏外家长志愿者们的工作，他表示新时代文明实践背景下，志愿者活动的意义更加深远，它融合了中华民族传统美德与现代社会的文明理念，是推动社会进步和中国式现代化建设的重要力量。因此，希望志愿者服务队能与时俱进、不断创新，书写新时代宏外志愿服务的崭新篇章。
All the parents within our volunteer service team gathered together for their selfless dedication. They hope to establish a worldview and realize their own value in their children through their actions.
Director Sun Guofu highly praised the work of the parent volunteers in his speech. He stated that under the background of civilized practice in the new era, volunteer activities are more far-reaching. They integrate the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation with the civilized concept of modern society, and are an important force to promote social progress and Chinese path to modernization. Therefore, we hope that the volunteer service team can keep up with the times, constantly innovate, and write a new chapter in the new era of Hongwai volunteer service.
志愿服务队大队长刘建伟先生在大会上表示，宏外志愿服务队经过了六年的发展，不断壮大队伍、完善内部管理制度，在所有队员的努力下，定将发展成为一支更加专业、更加规范的志愿强队。
Mr. Liu Jianwei, the captain of the volunteer service team, took the stage to give a speech. He stated that after six years of development, the volunteer service team has continued to grow and the management system has been improved. He believes that with the efforts of all of the team members, they will become a more professional and stronger standardized volunteer team.
为爱出发，传递志愿精神
The spirit of volunteers will continue to be passed on.
培训大会上，志愿服务队队长刘畅、文江华、张苹苹、廖秋影、熊善华、潘浔、廖锦仙等围绕《志愿者手册》，就志愿者章程、行为规范、服务标准、岗位分工和入队流程与i志愿注册等方面深入学习。经过队长们专业、细致的讲解，志愿者们对志愿服务有了更加深入的理解。相信在未来，志愿服务队会以更加专业、规范的面貌，奉献自我，彰显大爱！
At the training conference, the captains of the volunteer service teams led everyone to deeply study the Volunteer Handbook. After professional explanations from the team leaders, the volunteers have gained a deeper understanding of our volunteer service.
使命担当，汇聚公益之光
We undertake the glorious public welfare missions.
“……我承诺尽我所能，不计报酬，帮助他人，服务社会，践行志愿精神，传播先进文化，为学校和社会奉献力量！”——在庄严的宣誓声中，志愿者们展现出宏外志愿服务队是一个充满凝聚力的组织，他们致力于用团队的力量汇聚公益之光，为孩子的成长、为更好的社会奉献力量。
In the solemn oath, volunteers demonstrated that the Hongwai Volunteer Service Team is a cohesive organization, committed to using the power of teamwork to garner the light of public welfare and contribute to the growth of the children and a more advanced society.
随后，新生志愿者们获颁培训合格证书，正式成为宏外志愿服务队的一份子。宏外志愿服务队伍的奉献之光在宏外校园也愈发闪耀，家长志愿者们以行动践行信念，言传身教为孩子立好榜样，定将宏外建设成更美好的校园。
Parents who have recently joined the volunteer team have been awarded a training certificate and officially become members of our volunteer service team. Parent volunteers practice their beliefs through their actions, set good examples for their children through words and deeds, and will surely build our school into an even better campus.
此次志愿者培训大会进一步提升了家长志愿者们的服务水平和专业素养，树立文明有礼的宏外家长志愿者形象，加强我校志愿者服务的管理工作。未来，宏远外国语学校将持续促进志愿服务的高质量发展，不断强化宏外志愿者服务品牌，营造良好的家校共育氛围。
This volunteer training conference further improved the service levels and professional competency of our parent volunteers, establishing the image of parent volunteers, and strengthening the management of our volunteer services. In the future, we will continue to promote the high-quality development of the volunteer services, continuously strengthening our volunteer service brand, and creating a good atmosphere within our home school co-education program.
