体育强则少年强，少年强则国家强。为进一步提高学生体质健康水平，全面、科学、持续地推进学校体育工作，2024年10月11日，宏远外国语学校1—9年级共648名学生现场进行了国家学生体质健康标准测试。
A country's future relies on its youth. In order to further improve our students' physical health and wellness and to promote physical education, a sports testing day was held at our school. Six hundred and forty-eight students from the nine grades took part.
筹备周详 部署精细
Active Preparation and Careful Deployment of Work
为确保抽测工作的顺利进行，学校特成立专项工作领导小组，精心制定了周密的工作方案。孙校长亲自主持预备会议，明确各岗位职责，确保每一项细节都达到高标准、严要求，为抽测活动的成功奠定了坚实基础。
In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the test, the school organized a leadership committee that formulated a detailed implementation plan. Principal Sun held a meeting for all of our personnel to clarify the division of labor, to ensure that the testing was completed with both superior quality and the highest standards.
测试有序 高效顺畅
Students' Test Process was Efficient and Orderly
抽测现场，学生们精神饱满，身着统一运动鞋，经过充分的热身准备后，有序进入各个测试区域。测试项目包括50米、800米、1000米、50×8往返跑、引体向上、仰卧起坐等，整个测试过程井然有序，学生们全力以赴，展现出了宏外学子的卓越风采。
Under the guidance of teachers, the students warmed up thoroughly and arrived at the designated testing locations. The test items included the 50-meter dash, 800-meter run, 1000-meter run, 50x8 shuttle run, pull-ups, and sit-ups. The entire testing process was well-organized, with students giving their utmost efforts and demonstrating the outstanding demeanor of our student body.

从场地的规划到器材的布置，从学生的动员到校医的驻守……宏外教师团队精心组织，相互配合，力求每一个细节都做到完美。在他们的共同努力下，本次测试圆满完成，领导们对宏外的测试工作和学生良好的身体素养给予了高度评价。
Taking into account all aspects of the site layout, including: equipment placement, direction of students and doctors to their proper places, and thorough oversight, we strove to perfect every detail with everyone’s cooperation. With a collaborative effort, the testing was successfully completed. The leaders all spoke highly of our work and the students' outstanding physical fitness abilities.
宏远外国语学校将以此次活动为契机，进一步深化体育特色教育，积极推动校园体育活动的蓬勃发展，培养学生终身体育锻炼的意识和能力，引领他们成长为健康向上、热爱运动的阳光少年，共筑健康中国梦！
We have taken this testing activity as an opportunity to further enhance the "sporting characteristic", effectively promoting the development of further sports activities. We will continue to cultivate our students' awareness and their ability to engage in lifelong physical exercise, leading them to grow into sunny teenagers who will love sporting endeavors.
