岳阳楼和湖北武汉黄鹤楼、
江西南昌滕王阁
共称“江南三大名楼”。
岳阳楼位于湖南省岳阳市
的洞庭湖畔，不仅历史悠久、景色壮丽，
更是无数文人墨客吟咏的对象。
有“天下第一楼”的美称。

Yueyang Pavilion, on the shore of Dongting Lake, was first built during the Three Kingdoms Period. This three-story wooden structure stands 19.42 meters tall and was built without any nails. From afar, it looks like a giant bird in flight, with its yellow roof shining in the sun. Inside, carvings and couplets tell the pavilion's rich history, attracting many visitors each year.
