Yellow Crane Tower sits on Snake Hill in Wuhan and was first built in 223 AD as a military watchtower. The five-story building, rebuilt in 1985, stands 51.4 meters tall. Its roof is covered with 100,000 yellow glazed tiles, and its eaves are shaped like a crane's wings. From the top, visitors can enjoy amazing views of the Yangtze River and Wuhan's skyline.
