Today I'll share an easy vegan broccoli salad recipe that combines sweet and crunchy ingredients in a delicious light dressing.



-食材-

INGREDIENTS


西兰花:适量,洗净备用

Broccoli: an appropriate amount, washed and set aside

苹果:1个,洗净切块

1 Apple: washed and cut into pieces

甜彩椒:1个,洗净切块

1 Sweet Bell Pepper: washed and cut into pieces

石榴:适量,剥皮备用

Pomegranate: an appropriate amount, peeled and set aside

苹果醋:少许,增添风味

Apple Cider Vinegar: a little, to enhance flavor

黄芥末酱:少许,提升口感

Mustard Sauce: a little, to improve taste

胡椒粉:少许,增加层次感

Pepper: a little, to add layers of taste

松子:一把,或葵花籽、腰果等坚果

Pine Nuts: a handful, or sunflower seeds, cashews, or other nuts



-做法-

INSTRUCTIONS


1. 准备食材:将所有食材洗净,石榴剥皮备用。


Prepare the ingredients: Wash all the ingredients, and peel the pomegranate and set aside.


2. 料理机处理:将西兰花、苹果和彩椒放入料理机,轻轻打几下,打成小颗粒状,注意不要打太久,避免成泥。


Process with a blender: Place broccoli, apple, and bell pepper into a blender, and pulse a few times until they are in small pieces. Be careful not to blend for too long to avoid turning them into a puree.


3. 调味搅拌:将打好的食材放入大碗中,加入苹果醋、黄芥末酱和胡椒粉,搅拌均匀。


Season and mix: Put the blended ingredients into a large bowl, add apple cider vinegar, mustard sauce, and pepper, and mix well.


4. 点缀装盘:最后撒上石榴和松子,即可享用。


Garnish and serve: Finally, sprinkle with pomegranate and pine nuts, and enjoy.
