藜麦:1杯(煮熟)
Quinoa: 1 cup (cooked)
小扁豆:1/2杯(煮熟)
Lentils: 1/2 cup (cooked)
熟鹰嘴豆:1/2杯
Cooked Chickpeas: 1/2 cup
新鲜豌豆:1杯
Fresh Peas: 1 cup
彩椒:1个(切丁)
Bell Pepper: 1 (diced)

INSTRUCTIONS
将藜麦按照包装上的指示煮熟,然后冷却备用。
Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions, then let it cool.
小扁豆提前浸泡并煮熟,沥干水分。
Soak the lentils in advance and cook until tender, then drain the water.
鹰嘴豆如果是生的,需要提前煮熟;如果是罐头,直接使用。
Cook the chickpeas in advance.
新鲜豌豆焯水至熟,捞出冷却。
Blanch the fresh peas until cooked, then remove and cool.
彩椒洗净后去籽,切成小丁。
Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and dice.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss.
