Located in Hacıveliler Village, Ayvalık, this structure was designed by an artistic family to serve as both a retreat and a venue for artistic gatherings. The primary goal of the design was to integrate the local texture and materials with contemporary living rituals and design concepts. The pursuit of visual and physical permeability and continuity between the interior and exterior spaces has enabled nature to manifest itself at every point of the structure.

The building's exterior is simple and modern, with smooth lines that complement the surrounding natural landscape. The wall is made of materials that blend with the local environment, perhaps stone or brick with natural textures, which not only shows a rustic atmosphere, but also complements the surrounding rural landscape. The roof design is unique, which may be a combination of slope and flat roof, which not only increases the layering of the building, but also facilitates drainage and lighting.
建筑外观造型简约而富有现代感，其线条流畅，与周边自然景观相互映衬。墙面采用了与当地环境相融合的材质，或许是带有自然纹理的石材或砖石，不仅展现出质朴的气息，还与周围的乡村风貌相得益彰。屋顶设计别具一格，可能采用了坡面与平顶相结合的形式，既增加了建筑的层次感，又有利于排水和采光。
Entering the room, the first thing that comes into view is the spacious and bright open space layout. The living room, dining room and kitchen are interconnected, creating a wide field of vision and smooth activity space. The decoration of the living room is very artistic. The sofa combination has a unique shape. It may be made of soft fabrics and matched with colorful pillows to add vitality to the space. The background wall may be made of wooden decorative panels or artistic paint, which echoes the overall natural theme. The floor is paved with warm textured wooden floors, which give people a comfortable feeling underfoot.
