The prosecutor of the international criminal court (ICC) said he would seek an arrest warrant for Myanmar’s military leader, Min Aung Hlaing, for crimes against humanity over the alleged persecution of the Rohingya, a mainly Muslim minority.国际刑事法院检察官表示，他将以迫害以穆斯林为主的少数民族罗兴亚人的反人类罪为由，申请对缅甸军事领导人敏昂莱的逮捕令。
