I love making one-pot dishes when I feel a bit lazy or don't have much time to cook. This one pot noodles with pork and veggies will be a perfect work day meal as it is easy to prepare, healthy and delicious. The noodles are beautifully coated in an umami-rich savory meat sauce, so scrumptious that you'll finish a bowl of noodles within no time (haha it's a bit exaggerated, I know).

Serves 1
肉末 90-100克
洋葱 一小只
胡萝卜 一小根
大蒜 2瓣
酱油 2茶匙
芝麻酱 1茶匙
料酒 2茶匙
你喜欢的面条一人份
90-100g ground meat
1 small onion
1 small carrot
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
1tsp pure sesame paste
2tsp cooking wine
noodle of your choice
肉末可以选猪肉、鸡肉或者是牛肉
Choice of meat: pork, chicken or beef纯芝麻酱可以用花生酱代替
You can replace sesame paste with peanut butter
步骤 Instructions
深口不粘锅中火烧热少许油,加入切丁洋葱、胡萝卜、大蒜炒香,大概2-3分钟,洋葱变软。加入肉末和料酒继续炒2-3分钟至肉末表面变色。
Heat about 1/2 tsb oil over medium heat, add chopped onion, carrot, garlic, saute 2-3 min, until onions are softened. Then add ground meat, cooking wine, stir fry 2-3 mins.
加入酱油、芝麻酱,炒匀后加入面条和漫过面条的热水,盖盖子焖10分钟到面条全熟(时间需要根据你选择的面条调整,按包装写的时间煮)。
Add soy sauce and sesame paste, mix well, then add noodles and hot water, making sure noodles are submerged. Cook with lid on for about 10 mins, until noodles are fully cooked (time varies based on type of noodles you pick).
面条差不多全熟了就开盖,转大火收个汁(但不要完全收干)。这个时候也可以尝尝看调味,必要的话适当调整。
Once noodles are almost fully cooked, remove the lid and reduce sauce over high heat. You may also want to taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary.
这款懒人版面适合的额外配料有:辣椒油、熟花生碎、炸葱酥。后两样食材那种酥脆口感会让面条吃起来更有层次感更有趣。本身咸香鲜度也已经很让人心满意足,加上几滴辣椒油就更加让人想到路边小店拌面的那种重口味诱人香气。
个人觉得肥瘦相间的油润的猪肉吃起来口感最好,鸡胸肉更健康,牛肉的味道可能会有些过重,你可以按照自己的生活方式和口味偏好做决定~
