自制格兰诺拉燕麦,比买的更好吃 Deluxe granola

豪华格兰诺拉早餐燕麦

GRANOLA DELUXE VERSION

外表是诱人金黄色,口感松脆、香甜,充满了谷物、坚果香气,便捷又饱腹,格兰诺拉麦片(granola)能在全球流行那么长时间合情合理。其实要做出和市售的一样美味,还更安全、卫生的格兰诺拉燕麦,可以说是零技术含量。材料拌匀放进烤箱,就可以做出一大盘。


尝试做过很多次格兰诺拉燕麦,我终于找到了让它变得更香、更酥脆的秘诀(记得看贴士)。格兰诺拉不只是可以放到牛奶、酸奶里当早餐,配冰淇淋,或是加到沙拉里,也都是点睛之笔!

Golden granola loaded with different nuts and dried fruits has always been one of my favourite breakfast items. Granola is so easy to make that there is no point spending more money buying it from grocery stores. It is safer to make it at home, what's even better is that you can choose whatever dried nuts and dried fruits you like! Granola is not only a classic breakfast option, it can be a great ice cream and salad topping. 


After making many batches of granola, I've finally found the tricks to make it extra aromatic and crunchy :)

材料

ingredients

生燕麦片 200克

植物油 20克

枫糖 40克

面粉 20克

杏仁粉 10-20克

烘焙用纯椰子片 一把

花生、核桃、瓜子仁等坚果

菠萝干、葡萄干、蔓越莓干

200g rolled oats

20g vegetable oil

40g maple syrup

20g all purpose flour

10-20g ground almond

handful coconut flakes

peanuts, walnut, etc. 

dried pineapple, raisins, etc.

步骤 Instructions




生燕麦片、面粉、杏仁粉混合,加入枫糖和植物油拌匀,然后拌入椰子片和一大把坚果。

Combine rolled oats, flour, and ground almond in a bowl, pour in maple syrup and vegetable oil, stir well. Mix in the coconut flakes and large handful of dried nuts. 


拌好的燕麦转移到铺了烘焙纸的烤盘上,铺平,放入预热到160摄氏度的烤箱,烤20-30分钟直到燕麦颜色变深,期间翻动一下。Transfer everything to a baking pan lined with parchment paper, spread mixture evenly with a spatula. Bake at 160C for 20-30 minutes until oats are golden brown. Stir halfway.


取出烤盘,拌入一大把果干,再回烤箱继续烤1-2分钟。烤完之后等格兰诺拉完全放凉,再转移到容器里储存。

Remove pan from oven, add large handful of dried fruits to granola and mix. Continue baking 1-2 minutes more. Let granola cool completely before transferring it to a container.

  • 生燕麦片选大颗粒的压片燕麦rolled oats。

  • 相比蜂蜜,枫糖可以给格兰诺拉带来更醇厚的甜味。菜谱的糖量中等,喜甜可以增加枫糖量。

  • 面粉的作用是可以把原料粘合在一起,形成口感脆脆的块状格兰诺拉燕麦。杏仁粉是为了增香。

  • 纯天然椰子片(烘焙用)和燕麦一起烤两者相辅相成,真的建议不要省略。

  • 坚果和果干(果脯)可以选择任何你喜欢的,个人非常推荐菠萝干和草莓干( ̄▽ ̄)"

  • 烤完的格兰诺拉先不要翻动,等完全放凉它会变得更脆,那个时候再去掰开,就可以获得大颗粒的格兰诺拉燕麦,吃起来更爽。



希腊酸奶、新鲜水果、一把格兰诺拉燕麦,清爽而让人满足。加到沙拉里,口感层次就立马上一层……格兰诺拉燕麦真的很百搭。


自己在家做可以随意加坚果和果干,能控制糖油量,还能确保无添加,何必要去外边买呢~
