We follow the teaching strategies for high efficiency and low stress.The definition of high efficiency – Improve learning style, boost interest, cultivate creative and critical thinking and score high on standardized tests.Classroom teaching combined with extracurricular activities.Traditional teaching and learning strategies combined with creative ones. The definition of low stress – Reduce stress at work but maintain good growth and turn knowledge transmission to active, engaged, meaningful learning. Standardized homework combined with diversity homework. Daily homework combined with weekly or monthly homework.

四年前的秋天，我们怀着激动和不安踏上了名为“初中”的列车，一晃眼，列车已经到站了。今年盛夏，我们笑着挥手告别，踏上了不同的旅程。

回味这四年的时光，最使我印象深刻的是我的朋友们。在楼道上，在操场上，在课间，我们说说笑笑，肆意挥洒青春。那是独属于我们的回忆，是只有我们找到的星星。

在学术上，我很感谢我的老师们。他们耐心，友善，富有个性，授课生动有趣，铺筑了我学习的路。我在九年级选择了万源协和高中部国际课程，取得了优秀的成绩；我同时参加了中考，也达到了理想的目标。

值得一提的，还有协和多姿多彩的活动。我坚持多年大提琴训练，并有较好的舞蹈基础，这使我能多次参与学校表演，也丰富了我的学业经历。

初中的四年改变了我很多，也教会了我很多。度过漫长寒冬的毛毛虫，在开春之际也将破茧成蝶。我们种下的种子也终有一天会成长为参天大树。

Four years ago in autumn, we boarded the train called "Junior High School" with excitement and unease. In a blink of an eye, the train had already arrived at the next station. This summer, we bid farewell with smiles and waved goodbye, embarking on different journeys.

Looking back on these four years, what impressed me the most were my friends. We chat and laugh on the hallway, on the playground and during breaks, freely expressing our youth. That is our exclusive memory and the star which only we can found.

Academically, I am very grateful to my teachers. They are patient, friendly, and full of personality. Their lectures are lively and interesting, paving the way for my learning. I chose the direction of American high school in ninth grade and achieved excellent results; I also participated in the middle school entrance examination and achieved my ideal goal.

It is worth mentioning that there are also colorful activities in SUIS. I have persisted in cello training for many years and have a good foundation in dance, which has enabled me to participate in school performances many times and enriched my academic experience.

The four years of junior high school experience have changed me a lot and taught me a lot. The caterpillar that has endured the long winter will also break free from its cocoon and become a butterfly at the beginning of spring. The seeds we plant will eventually grow into towering trees.

穿过空旷的走廊，两边都是熟悉的教室。虽然我不再坐在课桌前，初中四年里，老师在教室里精彩的讲课，同学们的嬉戏笑语，在我面前层层叠叠地浮现，我记忆的底色变成彩虹。我们拥有那么多美好的回忆，让人难以忘怀!

四年很短，我还能回忆起六年级时，参加军训的经历; 现在，我们即将进入高中，开始新的学习。但就是在这短暂的时间里，我经历了巨大的变化和成熟。以前，我会因为数学考试不及格而哭。但是现在，我不再害怕困难，我敢于追求我喜欢的东西，超越我的极限。

这一切都要感谢协和老师的耐心引导和精心培养，使我重新认识自己，找到自己的抱负，这种挑战和经历，都是我一生的财富。

不知不觉中，我已经在协和度过了9年。高中我将留在这里学习本校高中部的国际课程，这对我来说将是一个全新的挑战!

我喜欢协和，我喜欢这里的多元和包容。除了完成学业，我在这里找到了自己的舞台。在闲暇时，我可以练习书法，享受笔墨的乐趣;在朗诵比赛中，我感受到古典文学的美丽；在音乐节上，我感受到激情与活力。感谢协和给我信心，让我更加坚定。在我未来的道路上，我们一路同行。

Passing through the vacant corridor, there are familiar classrooms on both sides. Although if I am no longer sitting in front of the desk, four years in junior high school, the teacher's wonderful lectures in the classroom, the students play and laughters, appear in front of me in a cascade, the background color of my memory becomes a rainbow. So many good memories we have, make people unforgettable!

Four years is very short, I can still recall the sixth grade, the experience of engaging military training; now, we are going to enter high school and start a new study. But it was during this short time that I experienced tremendous change and maturity. Before, I could cry because of a math exam failed. But now, I am no longer afraid of difficulties, and I dare to pursue what I love, exeed my bound.

All thanks to the patience of the teachers of SUIS. Carefully cultivated, so that I re-know myself and find my ambition, this challenge and experience, are assets throughout my life.

Unawarely, I have spent 9 years in SUIS. In high school, I will stay here and take U.S curriculum, which will be a brand new challenge for me! I love SUIS, I love the diversity and inclusiveness here. Besides finishing my studies, I found my own stage here. In my leisure, I can do calligraphies and enjoy the interests of brush and ink;in the recital contest I preceive the beauty of classic literature, in the music festival I feel the passion and vitality. Thanks SUIS for rendering me confidence, making me more determined. On my path to future, we will be together.

作为一个从小学一年级就在协和的同学，协和所陪伴我的九年，真真切切是独特、深刻、美好的九年。九年中，我遇见了很多非常好的同学。我们哭过，笑过，爱过、闹过，得到过也失去过，我们会在考试后积极充当质检员，会在课上用作业和老师捉迷藏，会在某些场合研究传递智慧的妙招，这一切，既是我们少年的见证，也是我们心照不宣的秘密。

时间的风车呼呼地旋转着，我们也一点一点长大。蝉鸣杨柳拂，盛夏和风送，又是一个灿烂的六月。我在染着夏意与别离的微风中笑着挥手和母校告别，启程踏上下一段旅途。高中的重重挑战横在面前，但我并不担心。在协和的熏陶下，我培养了自信自强的性格，找到了并肩作战的伙伴，邂逅了值得守护的美好……我相信，前方是独属于我的故事！

As a student who has been studying in WanYuan Campus since the First Grade, the nine years that Wanyuan has accompanied me have been truly unique, profound and beautiful. In the past nine years, I have met many wonderful classmates. We have cried, laughed, loved, made trouble.We have gained as well as lost, we will actively act as quality inspectors after exams, we will play hide and seek with teachers with homework in class, and we will study the magic tricks of passing on wisdom on some occasions, all of which are not only the testimony of our youth, but also our tacit secrets.

The windmill of time whirls and grows little by little. Cicadas chirp and willows blow, midsummer and wind send,  it is another brilliant June. I smiled and waved goodbye to my alma mater in the breeze dyed with summer and parting, and set off on the next journey. High school is full of challenges, but I am not worried. Under the influence of Wanyuan, I cultivated a self-confident and self-reliant character, found a partner to fight side by side, and met the beautiful that worth protecting. I believe that the story ahead is mine!

从2016-2024年，我已经在协和待了8年了。回首我的初中，这是不被学业压力渗透的4年。感谢学校的爱心义卖，模拟政协，戏曲之夜等等活动给足了我自主探索的空间，让我在忙着学业的同时也做了很多自己感兴趣的事。这期间，我和同学们共同度过了无比快乐的时光。在一起学习、讨论和玩耍的日子里，我们建立了深厚的友情。我和老师们也结下了深厚的情谊，ta们不仅传授课本上的知识，更教会了我如何面对生活中的挑战。在ta们的引导下，我学会了思考、探索和追求真理。 

虽然初中生活已经结束，但这段宝贵的经历将永远留在我的心中。无论未来怎么走，我都会怀念这段青春岁月，怀念那些陪伴我成长的人。感谢你们，我会带着这8年攒的一切，迈向下一个阶段的旅程。 

From 2016 to 2024，I have been at SUIS for 8 years. Looking back on my junior high school years, it was four years that without much academic pressure. Thanks to the school's various events such as charity sale, simulated political consultative conference, opera night etc. They have given me space for independent exploration, allowing me to do many things that interest me while being busy with my studies. During this period, my classmates and I spent an incredibly happy time together. After days of studying, discussing and playing together, we established deep friendships. I have also formed a bond with my teachers, who not only impart knowledge from textbooks, but also teach me how to face challenges in life. Under their guidance, I learned to think, explore, and pursue truth.

Although my junior high school life has come to an end, this precious experience will forever remain in my heart. No matter how I go in the future, I will cherish this period of youth and those who accompanied me in my growth. Thank you, I will take everything I have accumulated over the past 8 years and move towards the next stage of my journey.

依稀记得九年前，第一次跨入万源协和的大门，那时的我还根本无法想象九年后的这一天。这九年，无疑是我人生中最多姿多彩、最难以忘怀的年华。在这里，我的知识得到了量的积累，我的心智得到了质的飞跃，我的心灵得到了无与伦比的充盈。

这里的学习氛围堪称一流，同学们都是劳逸结合的典范。我们在闲聊中丰富自己的认知，时常谈一谈历史，聊一聊时政，论一论哲学，这也成功勾起了我的兴趣，进而发展成了爱好。

老师们都很认真负责、和蔼可亲，虽然教学风格各有不同，或幽默诙谐、亲切自然，或情绪饱满、思维缜密，但他们都在我的成长中给予了极大帮助，让我不知不觉中爱上这些学科，并在九年级最后冲刺时取得重大突破。

学校重视我们的多元化发展，活动是真的丰富、有趣，它们给我的学习生活带来种种惊喜。源于协和的点滴积累，现在我已经以优秀的成绩考入大同中学小理班，开始高中生活。

虽已离开校园，走向未来的道路，但那最灿烂的时光总能在记忆深处熠熠生辉，时刻抚慰着远行的人，使她坚守初心，坚定前行，一如当年跨入校园的样子。

I still remember nine years ago, when I first stepped through the gate of SUIS Wanyuan. Back then, I couldn't have imagined this day nine years later. These nine years have undoubtedly been the most colorful and unforgettable years of my life. Here, my knowledge has grown in quantity, my mind has leaped in quality, and my soul has been filled with unparalleled enrichment.

The learning atmosphere is top-notch, and my classmates are models of balancing work and leisure. We enrich our understanding through casual chats, often discussing history, current affairs, and philosophy, which sparked my interest and eventually became my hobbies.

All the teachers are dedicated and kind-hearted; although their teaching styles vary, some humorous and natural, others passionate and meticulous, they all provided great help in my growth, helping me fall in love with these subjects without even realizing it, and achieving significant breakthroughs in the final sprint of ninth grade.

The school values our diverse development, and the activities are genuinely rich and interesting, bringing pleasant surprises to our academic lives. Thanks to the accumulated experiences at SUIS, Currently, I have enrolled in Shanghai Datong High School to begin my further study.

Although I've left the campus, those brightest moments always shine vividly in our memories, constantly comforting us as we journey on and reminding us to stay true to our initial aspirations and keep moving forward with determination, just as we did when we first entered the campus.

作为万源协和2024届毕业生，我满怀感激之情，愿将这份深深的谢意送给母校、老师和同学们。

首先，感谢我的母校，它不仅是知识的殿堂，更是梦想开始的地方。在这里，我学到了丰富的知识，开拓了眼界，收获了许多珍贵的回忆。母校的每一处角落，都见证了我们的成长与进步。

As a graduate of the 2024 Grade from SUIS Wanyuan Campus, I am filled with gratitude and wish to express my deepest thanks to SUIS, teachers, and classmates.

Firstly, I want to thank SUIS, which is not only a temple of knowledge but also the starting point of my dreams. Here, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge, broadened my horizons, and gathered many precious memories. Every corner of the campus has witnessed our growth and progress.

Secondly, I want to thank my teachers, who are the guides in our lives. It is your hard work and selfless dedication that have allowed us to sail in the sea of knowledge and scale new heights. My excellent performance in the high school entrance examination is inseparable from your careful cultivation. Your earnest teachings will always be engraved in my heart, becoming the driving force and guidance for my future.

老师们同学们大家好，我是协和双语学校九年级三班的毕业生陈泯谕，作为毕业生代表我有一些话想说。

首先，感谢学校为我们提供了优越的学习环境和丰富的资源，感谢老师们的辛勤付出和无私奉献。是你们的教导和关怀，让我在学业上取得了优异的成绩，在人生道路上树立了正确的价值观。感谢同学们的陪伴和支持，我们一起度过了无数欢乐和难忘的时光。

其次，对于陪伴我的同学们我想说，我们即将告别熟悉的校园，踏上新的征程。此刻，我的心情无比复杂，既有对即将到来的新生活的期待，也有对过去四年美好时光的不舍。回首过去，我们共同经历了许多挑战和考验，也收获了许多成长和进步。我们从稚嫩的少年，逐渐成长为有理想、有责任感的青年。这些经历将成为我们人生中宝贵的财富，为我们未来的学习和生活奠定坚实的基础。展望未来，我们将面临更多的机遇和挑战。让我们带着对未来的憧憬和信心，勇敢地迈出这一步，开启新的人生篇章。我相信，只要我们不断努力，一定能够创造出属于自己的辉煌未来。

Hello, teachers and students. I am Eric Chen, a graduate from Class 3, Grade 9 of SUIS. I was lucky to be admitted to the Yan Chuang Talent Class of Yan'an High School .As valedictorian, I have something to say.

First of all, thanks to the school for providing us with a superior learning environment and rich resources, and thanks to the teachers for their hard work and selfless dedication. It is your teaching and care that has enabled me to achieve excellent results in my studies and set up the correct values on the road of life. Thank you for your company and support, we spent countless happy and unforgettable time together.

Secondly, for the students who accompany me, I want to say that we are about to bid farewell to the familiar campus and embark on a new journey. At this moment, I have mixed feelings, both for the upcoming new life, but also for the past four years of good times. Looking back on the past, we have gone through many challenges and tests together, and we have also gained a lot of growth and progress. We have grown from a young boy to a young man with ideals and a sense of responsibility. 协和九年生活，我已经成长为一个阳光，开朗，积极向上的小伙子。

在协和，老师们认真负责，善于发现每位同学的优点，不但关心我们学习，对我们的身心健康同样重视，把我们这些半大小伙的心理拿捏的准准的。在学校，我能够大胆提出自己想法，跟老师讨论难题，因为我知道在协和每个人的声音都会被听见和尊重；课后，我跟几个好友一起“卷”作业，对于不会的题目，同学们都愿意倾囊相助，毫无保留的分享自己的解题技巧，不但提高了学习效率还加深了友谊；课外，我们自己排练节目，上台表演，落落大方的站在聚光灯下展现自我，一切尽在掌握。

进入高中后，将面临更加繁重的学习任务，这些在协和的点点滴滴，培养了我的思辨能力和健全人格，都将是我人生中最宝贵的财富之一，让我对未来充满信心！

After nine years of living in SUIS, I have grown into a sunny, outgoing, and positive young man.

At SUIS, teachers are conscientious and responsible, adept at discovering the strengths of each student. They not only care about our studies, but also attach equal importance to our physical and mental health, accurately grasping the psychology of us young adults. At school, I am able to boldly express my ideas and discuss difficult problems with teachers because I know that everyone's voice will be heard and respected at SUIS; After class, I "rolled up" homework with a few friends. For questions that I didn't know, my classmates were willing to lend a helping hand and share their problem-solving skills without reservation. This not only improved learning efficiency but also deepened friendships; Outside of class, we rehearse our own programs, perform on stage, and confidently stand in the spotlight to showcase ourselves. Everything is under our control.

In this year's high school entrance examination, I was admitted to my dream high school with excellent grades - HSATU Minhang Branch. Entering high school, I will face even more arduous learning tasks. These little things at SUIS have cultivated my critical thinking ability and sound personality, which will be one of the most precious treasures in my life, giving me confidence in the future!

虽然才离开几天，可我已在想念。每每想起在协和初中的四年时光，心中总是充满喜悦，有循循善诱的老师们，有可爱的小伙伴们。协和见证了我的成长，从懵懂少年到青春韶华。

初入协和，我是一个非常好动，还叛逆的学生，在老师们的教诲和同学们的帮助下，我逐渐的改变自己。

初三，是我学习最紧张的一年。繁重的学业曾让我一度感到迷茫和焦虑，是各位老师的悉心指导和同学们的鼓励，让我重新找回了学习的动力。老师们不仅传授给我们知识，还教会了我们如何面对挫折。在老师们的帮助下，我不仅在学业上取得了优异的成绩，也成长为一个更加独立、有责任心的人。

协和，不仅是一所学校，更像是一个温暖的家。我们在这里一起学习，一起成长。四年的初中生活，教会了我很多很多。这里的一切都是我人生中的一段美好的回忆。

Though but a few days have passed since my departure, a longing has already taken root. The memory of my four years at SUIS brings me boundless joy. There, I was guided by patient and inspiring teachers and surrounded by wonderful friends. SUIS witnessed my transformation from a naive youth to a young man in the full bloom of youth.

When I first stepped into SUIS, I was a restless and rebellious student. However, under the guidance of my teachers and with the support of my friends, I gradually transformed myself.

My ninth-grade year was a period of intense academic pressure. At times, I felt lost and anxious under the heavy workload. However, thanks to the patient guidance of my teachers and the encouragement of my friends, I rediscovered my passion for learning. My teachers not only imparted knowledge but also taught me how to overcome setbacks. With their support, I not only excelled academically but also matured into a more independent and responsible individual.

SUIS, a haven of warmth and wisdom. Here, I found a second family where we learned and blossomed together. My four years at Xiehe have enriched my life immeasurably. The memories I've made here will forever hold a special place in my heart.
