2024学年少先队代表大会
今年是中华人民共和国成立75周年，也是中国少年先锋队建队75周年。我校小学部热烈开展“红领巾爱祖国 争做‘万源’好队员”少先队代表大会。少先队代表大会是让少先队员实施民主权利、当家作主的保证，是对于学生学习民主、发扬民主、培养民主能力和主人翁思想的重要形式。
This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Young Pioneers. The Young Pioneers' Congress of the 2024 school year has been held. The Young Pioneers' Congress is a guarantee for young pioneers to implement their democratic rights and become masters of their own country. It is an important form for students to learn democracy, carry forward democracy, and cultivate their democratic ability and sense of ownership.
本次少代会，共组织三阶段活动：

民主选举新一届班干部
Democratic election of new class cadres
少先队应该是少年儿童学习中国特色社会主义和共产主义的学校，应该是建设社会主义和共产主义的预备队。在中队之中，班干部是协助中队辅导员开展中队工作的得力助手，同时也是服务中队、作带头作用的优秀骨干和榜样。在各中队公开、公正、公平的竞选下，产生了2024学年新一届大队委员、中队委员和小队长。

党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央，站在确保党的事业后继有人、红色江山永不变色、中华民族永续发展的战略高度，全面加强新时代少先队工作。本次少代会，以各中队新任大队委员为核心，广泛征集各位队员的提案，听取队员心声。提案内容包括学校生活、学校学习、校园建设和社区建设。
This time, with the class monitors as the core, extensively solicited proposals from all members and listened to their voices. The proposal includes school life, school learning, campus construction and community construction.

举行少先队代表大会
Hold the Young Pioneers Congress
75年来，在党中央的亲切关怀和坚强领导下，一代代少先队员听党话、跟党走，成长为社会主义建设者和接班人。我校领导也高度重视少先队各项活动，不遗余力推动少先队事业取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革。10月25日，我校2024学年少先队代表大会圆满举行。
会议伊始，小学部主任陈洁老师为我们致开幕词，并为全体新任大队委员授大队长标志。
会议的高潮是小学部主任对每个中队的提案回复，针对各班的提案，大队委员进行整理、汇报，记录主任的回复。
最后，也是本学期大队部第一次会议。
On October 25th, the Young Pioneers Congress was successfully held.
At the beginning of the meeting, Miss Jessica, the director of the primary school department, delivered an opening speech for us, and gave the new class monitors logos to them.
Everyone shared the content of the class proposal on behalf of each class. Miss Jesscia responded to the content of the proposal one by one, pushing the content of the meeting to a climax.
本次少代会能顺利召开，我校每一位少先队员都贡献了自己的力量。少年儿童是祖国的未来、中华民族的希望，也是党的未来。1949年10月13日，中国少年先锋队的前身——中国少年儿童队正式成立。截至2023年底，全国共有少先队员1.15亿名。从传承红色基因到加强政治引领，从树立正确的价值观到促进全面发展，我们的习近平总书记深情嘱托、悉心教导，指引新时代少年儿童“努力成长为社会主义建设者和接班人”。协和万源的孩子必将争做爱党爱国、自立自强、奋发向上的新时代好少年，努力成长为堪当强国建设、民族复兴大任的栋梁之材”
This Youth Congress can be held successfully, every young pioneer in our school has contributed their own strength. We aim to enhance the sense of honor and happiness of the Young pioneers, encourage them to carry forward the glorious tradition in the new era and new journey, and strive to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
