立德树人，五育并举——协和万源2024党员集体学习活动

协和万源2024党员集体学习活动

秋风徐来，丹桂飘香。为了增强党组织的凝聚力，加强党员党性修养，11月2日，万源协和党支部全体党员与行政团队联合开展“立德树人，五育并举”集体学习活动。旨在通过实践活动促进党员与群众共同形成合力，引导党员发挥先锋模范带头作用，以展现新时代党员的良好风貌。

Autumn breeze gently blows, sweet osmanthus fragrance fills the air. In order to enhance the cohesion of the Party organization and strengthen the Party members' political quality, on November 2nd , the Party branch of SUIS Wanyuan School organized a collective learning activity.

一、书记讲党课

大家齐聚会议室，全力书记给我们带来了“中西融合是什么”为主题的党课。全书记提出，作为一所双语学校，中西融合能不能对未来有积极影响，能不能帮助到孩子和家长？他通过三十年来时代变迁的鲜活案例，辩证分析了集体主义和个人主义的关系。他强调学校积极开展劳动教育、公益教育，就是为了更好建立人与人之间的联系，让学生从机械学习中解脱出来，感受世界的美好，从而形成前进的内驱力。

All Party members gathered in the conference room, Principal Quan delivered a Party class themed "What is Integration of East and West?". Principal Quan pointed out that as a bilingual school, the integration of East and West could have a positive impact on the future and benefit children and parents. He analyzed the relationship between collectivism and individualism through vivid case studies of the past 30 years. He stressed that the school actively carried out labor education and public welfare education to better establish connections between people and enable students to break free from mechanical learning and experience the beauty of the world, thereby forming the inner drive to move forward.

二、凝心聚力，运动团建

大家来到奉贤团建基地，开展“巨人捕手”团建活动。为密切党群关系，首先进行破冰游戏、团队分组。大家为自己的小组命名，并高声呼出口号。

团建项目“巨人捕手”，是一项考验团队合作力的游戏。“阻力伞冲刺”“百步穿杨”“戈德堡挑战”“战绳挑战”“推雪橇挑战”“负重接力挑战”“汉诺塔挑战”……趣味竞争，挑战极限。党员们穿上队服，运动爆发力、战略思维力、临场决策力、团结协作力充分体现，场上紧张激烈。

The Party members arrived at Fengxian to participate in the "Giant Hunter" team building activity. To strengthen Party-mass relations, the activity began with icebreaker games and team division. Party members named their teams and shouted their slogans loudly. "Giant Hunter" was a game that tested the team's cooperation. "Resistance Parachute Sprint," "Bullseye," "Goldberg Challenge," "War Rope Challenge," "Sled Push Challenge," "Heavy Load Relay Challenge," and "Hanoi Tower Challenge"...

三、参观中共奉贤县委旧址展示馆

In the afternoon, Party members went to the Exhibition Hall of the Former Site of the CPC Fengxian County Committee, which was the first CPC organization in Fengxian. Party members visited and learned about the exhibition hall themed "Faith, Loyalty, and Struggle," and learned about important figures and events in Fengxian's Party history during the New Democratic Revolution. They witnessed the process of Fengxian people uniting under the Party's leadership and working hard. Party members took group photos in front of the exhibition hall.

“奋进新征程，建功新时代”，此次党员集体学习活动，形式多样，内容丰富。既让党员们接受了红色教育，又密切了党群关系。党支部将以此次活动为契机，不断加强自身建设，提高党员素质，为推动学校各项事业高质量发展添砖加瓦，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献更多力量。

"Advancing on the New Journey and Achieving New Achievements," the Party member learning activity had diverse forms and rich content. It not only provided Party members with red education, but also strengthened Party-mass relations. The Party branch will seize this opportunity to continuously strengthen its own construction, improve Party members' quality, and contribute more to the high-quality development of the school's various undertakings. It will also contribute more to the realization of the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.
