青春期性教育家长工作坊

作为本学期的第一次活动也是家校共育工作坊第八期活动，我们有幸邀请到青春期教育领域的专家，经验丰富的高级心理教师徐琳老师为我校家长开设专题讲座。

For our first event of the semester, and the 8th session of the Parent-School Collaborative Workshop, we are honored to invite Ms. Xu Lin, a seasoned expert in adolescent education and a highly experienced senior psychology teacher, to deliver a special lecture for our school’s parents.

讲座之前，我们做了相关调查问卷，了解家庭教育中关于青春期性健康教育的现况，针对家长们的困惑和难题来设计讲座内容，旨在提高讲座的切实性和有效性。

Prior to the lecture, we conducted a survey to understand the current state of adolescent sexual health education within families. The lecture content was designed based on the concerns and challenges parents face, with the goal of enhancing its relevance and effectiveness.

徐琳老师带来直观的教学道具为大家讲解青春期男生女生性生理的变化和性心理的的发展。网络信息时代，我们并不缺少这方面的信息资源。但家长们不一定懂得用合适的方法在合适的时机对孩子进行性健康知识的传播。面对孩子进入青春期的种种变化和对性的好奇，我们多少有点措手不及。

Ms. Xu Lin used visual teaching aids to explain the physiological changes and psychological development that boys and girls experience during adolescence. In the age of the internet, we are not lacking in information on these topics. However, parents may not always know how to convey sexual health knowledge to their children in the right way or at the right time. When faced with the various changes their children go through during puberty and their curiosity about sex, many of us feel somewhat unprepared.

对此，徐老师告诉大家和孩子大大方法讲性和生殖知识的方法：

1. 有问必答，自然讲述。

2. 用科学名称讲。

3. 讲其所问，符合孩子的认知水平。

4. 把知识融入对孩子的日常养育中。

5. 把握教育的时机。

6. 把知识教育与责任教育结合起来。

家长们都认真聆听，不少还埋头记录笔记。在互动环节，大家热情地分享自己的育儿经验，也向徐老师提出自己的困惑。

In response, Ms. Xu shared with everyone effective methods for openly discussing sexual and reproductive knowledge with children:

1. Answer their questions honestly and speak naturally.

2. Use scientific terminology.

3. Address only what they ask, aligning with their level of understanding.

4. Integrate the knowledge into everyday parenting.

5. Seize the right moments for education.

6. Combine knowledge with a sense of responsibility.

Parents listened attentively, many taking detailed notes. During the interactive session, they eagerly shared their own parenting experiences and posed their questions to Ms. Xu.

当徐老师在时代发展的大背景下来分析当下中学生的身心发展时，不少家长频频点头会意，认同青少年的性健康教育不能指望孩子无师自通。家庭教育不能因汹涌而来的网络信息而甘拜下风，我们作为老师和家长不能袖手旁观。我们应该主动学习科学的知识和方法，做好孩子青春期教育的导师。

As Ms. Xu analyzed the physical and psychological development of today’s middle school students within the broader context of societal changes, many parents nodded in agreement, acknowledging that adolescent sexual health education cannot be left to children to figure out on their own. Family education must not be overshadowed by the overwhelming influx of information from the internet. As teachers and parents, we cannot stand by passively. We should proactively learn scientific knowledge and methods, and serve as effective guides for our children during their adolescence.

最后，徐老师还给大家提供了家庭青春期性健康教育方面科学的教育资源，包括科普网站和相关书籍。家长们高涨的学习热情使我们的讲座超时了半个多小时。散场后仍有不少家长围拢在徐老师身边咨询问题，讲座后在线填写的满意度反馈也相当高。

Finally, Ms. Xu provided parents with scientific educational resources on adolescent sexual health education, including informative websites and relevant books. The parents’ enthusiasm for learning was so strong that the lecture ran over by more than half an hour. Even after the session ended, many parents gathered around Ms. Xu to ask further questions. The feedback collected online after the lecture also indicated a high level of satisfaction.

初中生青春期性健康教育的家校合作，这不过是个开场。敬请期待下期案例实操活动，让我们大大方方和孩子谈“性发展”与“健康成长”。
