摘要
脑小血管病(CSVD)是一种广泛影响大脑的慢性重大疾病,其与认知障碍密切相关。在严重的人口老龄化背景下,CSVD给家庭和社会带来了沉重的疾病负担和经济压力。近年来,越来越多的研究发现肠道菌群在CSVD的发生与发展中起着关键作用。肠道菌群通过影响免疫炎症反应、血脑屏障的通透性及神经递质等途径,在CSVD相关认知障碍中发挥着重要作用。本文将介绍肠道菌群与CSVD及其相关认知障碍的最新研究进展,为CSVD的治疗提供更多的思路。
