摘要
急性缺血性卒中(AIS)是我国导致残疾和死亡的常见原因之一。在大血管闭塞引起的AIS患者中,机械取栓(MT)优于药物治疗的疗效已得到证实[1],快速和完全的血管再通至关重要[2]。在行MT的患者中,大约只有1/4实现了首过效应(FPE,简称一把通),其余3/4的患者在MT后有着更高的不良事件率及更差的临床预后[3]。
