九岁离家开始求学，每次别离都会忍不住痛哭流涕，三两年换一个地方的童年、少年、青少年……我曾以为离家远足的才是艰难的，如今才明白“儿行母忧”的道理。如果是同样在乎了的情谊，于离开的人，和被离开的人，都是一样的。获取一个学位，完成一项工作，结束一段旅程，这才刚刚开始，站在十字路口的你，必定是在走向一个更加美好的自己！
剑桥今再别，江湖后再见。

【作者简介】于 山，浙北山里人，剑桥大学病理系病毒学博士，从事实验室病毒研究十余年。2011-2014年供职于“诺奖工厂”（英国医学协会分子生物学研究所 Medical Research Council，Laboratory of Molecular Biology-LMB），其中一项科研工作被遴选于女王伊丽莎白二世在2013年参加的LMB新大楼剪彩访问中展示。2014年离开LMB做全职妈妈，2020-2021年供职于英国灯塔实验室和剑桥大学新冠疫情一线。停职科研近十年，现任剑桥大学英国皇家基金全额资助研究员，致力于由病毒感染引起新生儿疾病的分子机理研究。得空喜爱码字，热爱运动。
