We know that the first seven months of the year have been extremely busy for the Firm. And based on the pipeline of work, we expect that the pace will continue through the summer and the rest of the year. In acknowledgement of your exceptional efforts during this busy period, we are pleased to announce that we will be paying special bonuses in September to all of our associates and special counsel globally.
Your commitment and enthusiasm are vital to our ability to provide unparalleled client service. We appreciate your talent and dedication and want to share the Firm’s financial success with you.
The special bonus schedule for all associates and special counsel is outlined below.

Bonuses will be paid on or before September 30, 2024, to associates and special counsel in good standing. Bonuses will also be subject to the usual prorations for 2024 start dates, part-time schedules and unpaid leaves of absence.

We are pleased to announce that we have adjusted upward the salary schedule that we announced in November. The updated schedule (set forth below) includes base salary increases for mid- and senior-level associates effective January 1, 2024.
Salary increases for special associates and counsel will be determined and communicated individually.
